This dryer is very efficient and drys clothes in a short period of time thanks to the AI function.

The washer and dryer is considered smart. I just love the feature on the appliances thats AI which analyze the load which set the amount of water,and the amount of time it takes to wash or dry the clothes

I wish I could’ve rated this unit much higher, especially since the washing machine this pairs with is excellent, but after going through two different units, I will be returning it. I could not get this dryer to properly dry a single load. After speaking to multiple friends who own an LG dryer, the Flow Sense sensor is far too sensitive and incorrectly reports having an “Home Exhaust Blockage” where none exist. In theory, Flow Sense could be a great feature that alerts you to the presence of too much lint in your home exhaust vents and hopefully prevent a fire. But the calibration for this sensor is off, WAY off. Once the dryer even thinks there a blockage, it deactivates heat and prematurely terminates the load, leaving all of your clothes wet. Even after multiple, thorough cleaning of my home vents, this dryer insisted there’s a duct blockage. This is frustrating and unacceptable, to say the least. In the worst case scenario, this dryer could possibly cause someone to spend hundred of dollars unnecessarily on home dryer vent cleanings. LG needs to sort this out and make sure the dryer has the option to be calibrated to different home exhausts so it knows whether a blockage actually exists and where it does not.

It drys not worth the price. If you like Samsung don’t switch. It’s the latest but the ThinQ Care is not compatible. How come? I don’t know. Customer Service is nonexistent. And the website isn’t searchable for anything. Nothing is ever found. Just get plain dryer no bells no whistles. It does dry.

I Love my new dryer. The dryer works perfectly. I have no complaints. So glad we decided to purchase this model. We had done a lot of research before purchasing this model. It is very quiet. I did not purchase the stand due to the space that we were working with, and I am glad that I made that decision. I feel it is not low, and it looks better in our space. I give this product five stars

Huge tub, great for blankets and other large items, like sheets. Easy to use, turn the dial after cleaning the filter, and for timed cycle, just touch the start button once, and it will show you how much time it's set for. Then push the start button again and it will start. And to save time and work, only clean the filter before starting each load. I bought metal pedestals on Amazon and assembled them myself to save lots of money. Also check your dryer electric outlet. Mine was a 3 straight prong and I needed 3 prong with one of the prongs L shaped, so I had to have an electrician change out my outlet to match the plug. They said if it were a four prong plug, I would have needed a whole new line run, which would cost a thousand dollars.

Works well but the installer pushed the dryer back so far that the rear vent is occulted about 80%. I know this because I received a message on my dryer regarding the blockest. They are coming back on November 4th to correct the problem. I hope this is the last trip. It took two trips to get the pedestals installed. The The first attempt one of the pedestals got damaged. So the were not installed. I had to wait another week to have them installed This is when the dryer was pushed back to far. Hopefully this will be the last service call. I really enjoy my new washer and dryer. I have hooked them up to my cell phone and when the washer or dryer are finished there cycle it notifies my cell phone. This is a a great time saver. Also they have different cycles. This depends on what kind of load you might have in either the washer or dryer. Having the pedestals makes a lot easier to empty the washer or dryer,

Surprised at the size. I had a previous LG, 7.4 Cu Ft dryer and this actually seems like there is more room. I used it for a king size comforter, and it handled it without having to take out the comforter and move it around to get the inside. Love the features!

This is one beautiful dryer!! It’s like a piece of furniture in its beautiful design. But best of all is its superb performance. What I love most is its uncomplicated easy to use technology. We had an LG dryer and I loved it too and was afraid that the new technology would surpass this users skills. Not so! Best, most efficient and eco gtoovy appliance in the house!

This dryer has been great! We really like all of the features it has.

Dryer seems to work as advertised. We've had it for about 2 months, so at least I know I dont have a lemon. Time will tell how it holds up, but it definitely does the job. The features are helpful, steaming mode is great for wrinkle release or towels. The sensors that detect humidity level (or whatever they're doing) seem to work well for the "A.I." dryer mode. The design of the dryer is really nice. Stainless and black glass fit pretty much anywhere, but also dressed up our utility room a bit. If I have one complaint, its that the door seems a bit loose in its seal with the dryer. Maybe by design, but it didn't feel that way. I adjusted it a bit, but the seal wasn't airtight. Perhaps it shouldn't be. What do I know? I'm not an expert in dryernautics. I like it!

This washer is just what I was looking for. It has many cleaning cycles and it does such a good job with my clothes. It is also much quieter than my old washer. It also is.large enough to wash my queen size comforter. The service at Best Buy was very good. They were very knowledgeable about the product and understood exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend it to anyone shopping for a new washer.
