It's extremely loud, always unbalanced and can hardly handle a full load of laundry. I've never been more disappointed in my life.

LG Washer disappointment

Installed by Best Buy and has no cold water cycle. Everything is hot. I would not recommend this product! Now trying to get service or warranty replacement. Not sure how that will go. Good Luck!

Not a good experience..

Befor everything was delivered properly!!!! NO Updated phone calls... No calls to say they were NOT coming and we waited. Not a good experience..

Disappointing and has chronic issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Moisture sensor doesn't work. If you rely on it, you wind up with truly wet clothes. I always have to add extra time to the cycle manually or do a 2nd manual dry cycle. My unit has a lint door that creaps up and eats my clothes. I've had it serviced a few times and most recently the lint trap door literally came out during a cycle, broke apart and tore up my clothing... very disappointed in this unit!
