    I dont like how they are touch instead of actual button you push to turn off and on. Ive accidentally walked by and barely touched button with my body or arms and have turned them on many times

    Never Use Best Buy! Terrible Customer Service!!!

    They installed both washer and dryer, crushed/flattened the rear heat vent, broke the water valve inside and outside the house. We paid a $900.00 plumber repair bill to correct it all. No word from Corporate.

    I can't wait to get rid of this dryer. The first one arrived but never dried anything. We exchanged it for another one, new one works but the only feature that drys clothes is "power dry", all other modes will just leave clothes a soggy mess. LG support has been useless and refuses to do anything about the unit.

      The "Power Dry" cycle uses higher heat and extended drying time, which is why you're seeing better results with it. However, if other cycles are consistently leaving clothes damp, it could be related to the automatic sensor drying system not detecting moisture correctly. This can sometimes happen if the moisture sensors inside the drum are not clean. We recommend wiping down the sensor bars located just inside the drum opening with a soft cloth and a bit of white vinegar to remove any buildup from dryer sheets or fabric softener, which can interfere with accurate readings.

    LCD Not working on 2 new devices!

    The right-side rectangular LCD does not work at all. The first unit we received had this issue on the 2nd day of use. We returned it to BestBuy and they replaced it a week after the first one. After an hour of delivery and on the first run, the same issue occurred again. The light behind the buttons went away too. Not impressed by the quality at all. Now the promotion season is gone and I cannot get another device with a good price. LG is terrible. The matching washer also shakes in the spin cycle. It shakes the entire floor. Stay away from this!!!!

    Same as washer, dents that wrre not shown to us, drier was started for first time and they had to se d a tech out because of the dent it caused drier to make loud clicking nlise where drum waz hitting area de ted.

    I bought this open box and the tag said excellent condition. Well I traveled 2 1/2 hours to pick it up curbside and when I got home and unraveled it I noticed a dent on the top right side. The dryer looked brand new, but when I started it up it sounded like a college marching band. I am not disappointed with LG cause this is an excellent dryer I do believe, but Best Buy is wrong for saying this dryer was in excellent condition. So the rating is for Best Buy open box products and not the dryer itself.

    Fourth day of use and it doesn't dry anymore. The Normal drying cycle says 57 minutes, now it changed to 41 minutes ????? The Fan cycle turns off in 1 minute. I was denied LG warranty by LG 09/03/24. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. product purchased at Best Buy 08/15/24 BAD PURCHASE

    I bought a washer and dryer plus two pedestals. The first dyer was dented. So was the second. The third delivery guys forgot my $32 semi rigid dryer vent hose. I still haven’t got and no contact from the store
