We knew what we wanted and the washer/dryer were on sale. The best thing is that Best Buy price matched from another store after we made our initial purchase to reduce the price even more. The 2 people we worked with were professional and competent. We have bought all of our appliances from Beat Buy over the years and always go back when we need something new.

I love my LG Washer and Dryer. There are so many options to take care of all loads. I especially like the Steam feature to freshen a garment and remove wrinkles!

Nice LG dryer with a wide selection of options, although we use "normal" 90% of the time. Reasonably quiet. Steam function did a good job on wrinkles in a duvet cover. Dellivery was on schedule and the technicians knew what they were doing.

Dryer is beautiful and dries very well. Easy to navigate through the options and settings. However the steam option is not what they tell you it is. We had our first one exchanged because the steam nozzle just squirted water into the dryer drum. And the current one tries to steam but is no where near what you see on demo videos. Very disappointed of this steam option.

Sometimes doesn’t dry comforter all the way but it’s not concerning. On all other loads the dry sensor is perfect. I wish it didn’t ask me to clean the filter every time. It should have a sensor at least when I have pulled it out. I love the capacity. I also like the app very much. It tells the time remaining and also energy consumption.

Love this dryer. My last LG Dryer was still working 18yrs later the only reason I replaced it was the washer went out and I wanted a matching set. This one has all the bells and whistles which makes it easy to use. Drys clothes fast and the best feature is the steam dry. Takes the wrinkles right out of your clothes.

Absolutely love this dryer. I bought it as part of a set and I have had zero issues with it at all. Very quiet and has several different settings for all different loads.

No troubles so far. Easy install and quick to use. Need water line for steam.

This is my second LG dryer and I like it. The feature I like best is that it can sense when my clothes are dry and will stop drying then. I can select how dry I would like the clothes to be. Also, the dryer is not very loud.

We had a similar LG dryer before this one, and we like this one even better. The best part was how the Geek Squad got the installation right in a challenging tight space. No dust, no vibration. Wish we had chosen Best Buy with our first dryer.

First LG I've owned but cleaned much better than my Samsung set. Fairly quiet and easy to use.

My whites look extra white. I love the flexibility of options on the wash cycles. It does seem to be louder than my Bosch I replaced. But not objectionable. I am extremely happy with my purchase

I have always been pleased with Best Buy. Associates are helpful, knowledgeable and provide excellent service. It is the delivery that usually causes me issues. This would be 5 stars on the product, but the unit came damaged and I think that happened from truck to location. Yes, Best Buy is addressing appropriately, but why do I have to go through a few rounds to get this right?

We replaced a 10 year old LG set and we see much improvement over the years! Definitely worth the upgrade!
