This dryer is amazing and convenient. I am able to control the dryer wirelessly and make adjustments to the settings from my phone from anywhere in the world so far as I have internet connection. It is large enough to fit bulky items such as comforter and with the AI dryer the dryer is able to efficiently dry all my items while saving energy. The app sends you notifications when the dryer is done and before each use it reminds you to cleanout the dryer. It easy to clean too.

What originally gets you is that sleek black finish... Then you get them home and the magic happens! I can now trust my kids to do the laundry without over doing the soap, or using the wrong temp water. Not even my husband can mess this up! I've never enjoyed doing laundry more. And my laundry has never been so caught up! The app reminders saying 'hey, get off your butt and switch loads or your clothes are going to smell like swamp butt' is super helpful! Love this set!

We love LG products and use the ThinQ app often. We havent dealt with any issues so far, and love how much quieter these machines are compared to our last ones. The ThinQ app reminds us to clean the lint filter, if the dryer vents are getting full, if we need to add more detergent, and notifies us if we have left wet clothes in for too long. It also has a feature to show how much energy you are using month over month. They look great too.

I absolutely love my new washer and dryer set. They are super modern and sleek and beautiful to look at but they also function so well! Love the lights in the drums and the reservoir for detergent and softener so I don’t have to add them for every wash. I’ve only had them for about a month so can’t speak to longevity but I actually look forward to doing laundry now.

We just changed ours out from a Samsung. This is so much nicer, better, and mlre efficient. We love the AI technology that is integrated. By far our favorite appliance that we have ever had!!

I purchased the LG washer and dryer from Best Buy. The salesman was very helpful , answered my questions. I absolutely love them, I swear clothes are cleaner, Iam so inpressed with Best Buy from the time I made the purchase until now. They informed me of everything from time of delivery till now. I feel they REALLY care. The other 2 places don’t !!! After that I purchased my new Shark vaccum , I love it , and again great service. Best Buy is the BEST !!!

Sleek design and really makes your life easier. No complaints so far.

I changed my washer 3 times until I came across this one which I really love. There’s an App for it and I can start a load remotely or be notified when the cycle is complete. Having 2 top load washers before, I feel like the front load washers wash so much better. I recommend this washer and brand.

Excellent dryer. Bought a matching set 6 months ago. Noticed a decrease in utilities bill. Also, the smart technology works great; link it up to your phone and you can get notifications about your cycles. Interface is simple and easy to use. I’ve been really happy with the purchase.

This dryer is great as set with the Washer. Tons of smart features. I like the notifications I receive via ThinkQ app. Only time will tell if it lasts for us.

My son recommended me this LG, I never own one before.
