The best washer I have ever bought! My clothes are super clean, smell fresh and there are a few options to select from when washing. Great buy!

In addition to your several wash cycles you can add a number select options. So many nice features. Clothes are well balanced. Love the large tub space to do bedding, lots of towels, mixed loads with different fiber content and blankets and comforters. This model doesn’t come with a door change which I needed. So if you need a door change be sure and ask your sales person.

It excels at removing stains in the least amount of time, while still treating fabrics gently. It also offers wide varieties of wash and temperature settings. It operates quietly, includes a useful interior light, and has a magnetic door prop that helps prevent mildew and manage odor. This Wi-Fi–enabled model connects to LG’s ThinQ app, which allows us to monitor cycles, receive maintenance alerts, and start the machine remotely, which is awesome.

New one came in 2 weeks ago, the door did NOT close snuggly, everything worked fine; its like buy a new car - but door does not align with rest of the body, even though it closes. Called in Service and they brought me a new one today. Exact same issue, We ended up accepting it and googled around. So seems to be a common issue with LG and on this model, seems like there are lot of folks who have complained about door not closing really well. Really Disappointed with LG.

First, let me add some words on Best Buy's delivery... I understand this is a product review, but let me say that the sales cycle combined with delivery is 6 out of 5 stars!! We were so pleased but the professionalism of the delivery staff, the communication leading up to the delivery, and the follow-up after this was all set and done!! WOW! Product-wise, it's fantastic. We love the AI feature.
