    I like the modern and sleek look. It is quiet dryer but it doesnt dry clothes as well as a Samsung. It takes at least two cycles to dried and the detect fablic feature is not accuratel. Overall ok.

    Usually i stay away from LG products but the store guy convinced me to buy this. Horrible purchase. I have spent a lot of money clearinb the vent and it keeps throwing the same errors.

    Buyer Beware... Best Buy Membership Is a Scam

    The dryer never worked and still doesn't. Even with purchasing their total membership and extended warranty, two years and over 20 "Geek Squad" appointments where the tech would call the morning of to cancel because he wasn't feeling well... I have a large worthless paper weight and a garage full of parts... so yeah. Not only would I never buy another LG appliance I would never buy anything from Best Buy again. They used to be great but now it is a scam.

    We bought the washer when ours died and loved it so much we decided to buy this dryer to match our new washer. After we got the first one home and got it all hooked up, we found out it was a dud. Would not turn on. Tested voltage at power asdf, all good, but still would not turn on. Returned it and ordered replacement. It arrived today, and upon unboxing the unit was badly damaged... front and back both badly dented and bent. Decided against trying a third unit. Fortunately easy to return to Best Buy, although a pain to lug it back and forth since we picked these up ourselves.

    The dryer keeps stopping, sometimes it takes 4 hours for clothes to dry because of it, at other times I have to repeat dryer cycle again, just to get the clothes to dry. Called LG and the young lady ended the conversation abruptly, because I asked her an question, the worst customer service ever.

    Easy to use, drys well, lots of options for different cycles! The app and connection to the internet are pretty cool. I know when the laundry is done and even changed the end-of-cycle tune. This is a good-looking machine.

    Defective Unit

    While I have been a great fan of LG washer/dryer in the past, they have certainly come down a notch or two in their quality and service. I believe this is one of those newer units that probably still needs a lot of testing; they delivered a defective unit to me. It's been over two weeks since I received delivery of this unit and between LG and Best Buy Total Tech they haven't been able to fix the issue or provide a replacement unit so far. I am looking forward to their next appointment that is scheduled a week and a half away out - that would make it 25 days since I first took delivery of the defective unit and hopefully getting it up and running. I will put LG back on the list of suspect brands to watch out for after this experience!
