Great dryer! This is a replacement for a previous LG that lasted 10 years. The ThinQ app is awesome. I am able to manage and download cycle options. I also get alerts, the steam is feature is much easier and better than my previous LG unit.

Great dryer. I recently switched from 35 year old Maytag washer and dryer to the LG dryer. I love this dryer so much. I love the notifications on the app when it’s done and being able to check remaining time! I love the downloadable options! I especially love the AI technology from washer to dryer.

I've had bad experiences in the bad with front loaders , but I wanted to give this one a try. My washer never smells, it seems to clean my clothes very good while saving water. This LG washer has really changed my perspective on front loaders and given me faith again. I love LG products!

In love with this smart washer / dryer! Makes laundry not so tedious, plus clothes are so much cleaner than our last W/D that we also bought brand new years ago!

We’ve had the dryer for about two weeks and so far it’s been working well. It has a speed dry option which is convenient. Best Buy installation was quick and efficient. They forgot to do the door reversal but it was so easy to reschedule that service. I recommend

Purchased this set to replace our LG high capacity top load set. We have been using it for a month and have had no issues. We constantly had off balance issues with the top load. My only complaint is with heavy loads it’s loud for spin out.

I've had this appliance for about a month now, and so far it's doing it's job!

Performance is decent, but there’s a major design defect: Menu has no backlighting and is dark grey on black. If this seems minor, it isn’t. We have to deal with it every single time we use it. We have to keep a flashlight nearby.

After 3 weeks, stopped working. Power turns on but drum won’t turn. Start light flashing and no response. Called LG and they said it will take 24-48 hours just to find out when someone can come out and look at it.

Best dryer ever. The price was very very good. All the drying modes are very smart. Easy to use, energy efficient, dries clothes very fast. Takes care of delicates and the steam function helps with the T-Shirts

I Have used LG Washers for ages. They are quiet, and very efficient, and have a huge capacity. Its simple to use and for my particular model has App connectivity.

First unit had a bad sensor and was replace with new unit and it works great Quiet and efficient plus getting rebate from gas company You can put an entire comforter in here

This dryer rocks! I have lots of flexibility with the different programs and options, and it is FAST. My first load was about 8 heavy bath sheets, some of them double-thick Turkish that used to have some damp spots after the auto-dry function but not this time: everything was dry as it should be. next was a backlog of shirts, a mix of silk and rayon along with some knits and oxfords, a total of 18, to see what overfilling would do. Some of those silks balled up and were a little wrinkly so less stuffing too much in the machines. Summary: works great, looks cool, glad we got it.

Excellent dryer. Very quite. Lots of drying features. Download the LG app and there are more features to this dryer. Through the app it tells you when the dryer cycle is complete. If you can’t get to the dryer right away, the dryer will periodically spin to keep the clothes from wrinkling. The steam refresh option is top notch.
