This is a high quality dryer for the cost. Wifi enabled and all metal. I would recommend LG as all my Samsung appliances have had issues at around year 4-5.

I absolutely love my new LG dryer. The sanitize function is sweet! Helps remove armpit stink from grungy clothes. Highly recommend!

It's a great dryer. It has a lot of different settings, too. And it has an Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature that automatically knows the correct temperature for each item.

The purchase experience, with Mitch Trowbridge was 5 stars. The installation on 8/4 receives 1 star as the dryer was installed improperly and the vent was blocked. Which meant I could not use the dryer and had to call for service right away. It was not clear who I should contact. Mitch helped me with that on 8/10. It took me several calls to get the service scheduled - the first person insisted he needed the serial number off the machine so I had to go home from work to get that. The second person, who did not ask for the serial #, was able to get me scheduled, but by then I had to wait until the following week for an appointment. Almost 3 weeks from the time of purchase until it was all usable.

Picked up item as an “open box “ item. Can’t beat this item for the price I paid. Had a couple scratches on the side, but cannot see scratches when slid into place.

Love the wifi connectivity. I get alerts on my Apple Watch like when to rinse the filter or an alarm/alert.

Awesome product. Energy efficient, but no rebate available for gas products. Super disappointing.

Works as intended. i like hte notifications on the phone and the fact it senses moisture and adjusts accordingly.

Great Dryer! This gets so much hotter than our previous dryer and is so much more effective at drying our clothes. It moderates heat very well and you will love it!

Well, it's a nice new machine. Has all the bells and whistles. The real question is durability. Since we have had it only a few weeks and use it a minimal amount, cannot offer any opinion on durability
