I ordered a dryer that was promised to be delivered on 8/30. The day of the delivery, the delivery guy called me and said that Bestbuy lost my order and a representative will call me. At 5pm, I still did not get a call. I called them and a representative said it will be delivered but let her check to make sure. She told me that another representative will call me 8/31 to reschedule. The representative called me on8/31 to reschedule and told me that Bestbiy will call me back after the delivery date 9/6 to compensate me. I waited and no one called me. I finally had time to call Bestbuy 10/7 and was told that I had 15 days from the delivery date to be compensated. I was not told me on 8/31. The manager told me that there is not he can do for me. So I won’t be compensated due to their representative giving me the wrong information. How is that right or fair?

The lighted display doesn't really illuminate the control panel so you can hardly see the options on the panel to change the settings. My solution would be to take a flashlight and shine it on the display when you need to change the cycle.
