I'm a huge LG fan from televisions to their appliances. They are superior, in my opinion, to Samsung. This dryer is no exception. It dries extremely fast, looks beautiful in my laundry room, and exceeds my expectations. It's very efficient and dries very large loads. I would definitely order this again!

Our LG washer and dryer are perfect for our family needs. The high yield laundry soap required by the washer makes it very efficient. There was an adjusting period to get used to the smart machine features doing the thinking for you, ie what size load, water level, temperature, wash or dry time. Otherwise the machines work great.

I’m not sure if I’m a good judge since my old washer and dryer were from the 70’s I think. I do like the functions that are available to use in this dryer. It takes some getting used-to to set the pre set setting and then make separate adjustments if so desired. I also like the steam function. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

Replaced a 2006 Kenmore Elite gas dryer with this unit. Bought it’s sibling Front-load washer from BB in 2020. So far we’re very pleased with the performance and capabilities of this dryer. Bigger loads still need more time than “calculated” but it’s been fun using the washer-dryer intelligent “pairing” function through thin-Q. Word of warning for the pairing function is to put the washer/dryer on their own guest network or at least segregated from your main network. I spent a few annoying hours troubleshooting this and it turned out the security/checking on my main wireless network was preventing communication back to LG (needed for setup and subsequent authentication.). After separate guest net all is beautiful! Purchased the 5yr geek squad coverage because I’ve suffered without it in the past, regardless of brand purchased. Loving LG so far!

Does the drying very well and the machine is also very quiet. Have not used steam option yet

I purchased the LG washer and dryer because they were rated #1 in their category for dependability and easy to use. I was not dissapointed! I found the washer and dryer to live up to their ratings.

This is the second LG dryer that I have purchased. I had the first one for 13 years and it was still going strong when I sold it. Never had a repair.

The washer and dryer are fantastic and I like a stackable unit! Good thing about the full size separate unit, no single point of failure if one or the other control board goes out, like the the single tower units. Thank you Best Buy, we’ll done!

It is a great dryer and very quiet. The first one delivered had been damaged during shipping and made banging noises while drying. It was replaced very quickly and this one is great.
