    I love that it connects to my ThinQ app and tells me when a cycle is complete as well as diagnostics if I have any problems. I also like that I can throw something in to steam it and get the wrinkles out without having to iron my clothes! Doesn’t work so well on linen but everything else perfect.

    Bought the lg pair after doing extensive research and hands down they are the best machines for the money and they back it up with there warranty.. I spoke with people that repair washer dryer units and they said hands down LG..

    Purchased a new LG HE washer and dryer set. The washer wouldn't dispence fabrics softener from the first day it was installed which I thought may be user error even though I have had two other sets dating back to 2012. The dryer just started making a vibration noise. After over an hour and a half dealing with LG tech support they tried convincing me it sounds normal. Then why did the noise just start and why have my other units never sounded like this? They said I would be charged for them to repair my two month old unit that is under warrant. Would not recommend buying LG anymore! Clearly they are now making trash like most of the manufacturers out there and they don't want to warranty their issues

    Love our new washer and dryer so far...but the delivery/install team were extremely rude. One of the guys even got into an argument with me because they both stopped working when they left, and I called them and asked them to come back...and he said I messed with something and made them not work. I love Best Buy, but they desperately need to stop hiring 3rd party for delivery and install. I feel like I never have a good experience any more when they come to deliver anything unless it is the geek squad, which is never is for appliances.
