Really like this gas dryer. LG makes some nice times. The gas is much stronger than the electric and I would go for that if you have the option. I like the steam features.

Easy to coordinate, techs efficient. Showedip on time. Removed old equipment, unpacked new equipment, correctly placed and installed it as requested. Removed all packing, tested and explained use and maintenance. Pleasent experirnce.

So far so good! Haven’t really been able to use it all that much. Wifi feature works but only if the unit is on already. Not sure the point of it. Definitely would recommend

Very happy with my purchase. It’s efficient, quiet, smart and great looking.

I'm about a month in, and I'm learning to love this machine. My clothes come out damp sometimes, but I think it's because of the wrinkle care system more than anything else. While I have some reservations, I would still recommend it for the energy efficiency alone.

Product is great but delivery was questionable. They were late, though not as big of a deal since they may have been delayed at prior stops. However, while installing they said they forgot a part at prior stop so had to go back. When I asked what part, it ended up being the entire dryer. They delivered two dryers to prior stop and brought two washers to mine. Luckily the prior stop didn’t get install so they were still in the box (as far as I know) in their garage. For future large appliance purchases I’ll most likely be using a different local company that has own trucks and employees; not a third party company that shows up in an enterprise truck. Left reviews on both surveys I was sent after install but didn’t hear anything back. Doubt I do here either.

Great product! LG is one of the best! They never disappoint!

This dryer is really good if you want to babysit your clothes. I have yet to get a full load dry on a normal cycle with out adding on more time. It is not fast. If you do small loads and you have time to restart this is the dryer for you. If not I would not suggest for heavy laundry doers.

Have a small space for washer/dryer. With converting to side venting, the lint tube is on the side do those extra inches allowed me to get full size stacking appliances. Was on sale, too. I love this dryer.

I have had LG appliances for more than 18 years. Was finally time for a new washer and dryer. Once again, LG didn't disappoint . Love my new washer and dryer set. And thank you Best Buy, for the best deal.

The appliance purchase was great! The delivery on the other hand was a total train wreck.

It's pretty quiet. The sense dry feature always leaves the clothes damp, but this has been the case with every dryer we've ever owned. We use time dry for everything.

Our last LG washer and dryer lasted 15 years without a single repair, and we love everything about the newer version too! The cellphone notifications when the laundry is done are the best!
