    Very happy with this washer and dryer. The washer gets the stains out so much better than the previous one. Smart functions are also superb.

    I see nothing spectacular or great about it. I thought my clothes were going to bling clean and i also thought i can wash a big load. It can't even handle one king size blanket. The dryer is not great it doesn’t even dry the clothes all the way. And if you add a second dry it shuts off after a few minutes without completing the dry. It is annoying. You have to manually set the time yourself for it to complete.

    My washer broke after using it for 18 years. When I replaced the washer my husband said we should replace the dryer to match the washer . I wish I had not listened to my husband the old washer dried my clothes perfeclty this one burns my clothes even in the normal setting.

      Hi, Adriana. Thanks for sharing your experience with the LG Dryer (DLGX4001W) model. We understand how important it is for your laundry to come out dry and undamaged, especially when upgrading your setup.

      If clothes are overheating or getting scorched on the Normal setting, one step you can try is switching the Dry Level to Low or using the Delicates cycle, which uses lower heat. Also, make sure the lint filter and exhaust duct are clean and clear, as restricted airflow can cause heat buildup. This model also includes Sensor Dry, so using Time Dry with a shorter duration may help fine-tune the results.
