The machine works like advertised and the delivery was good. I especially like that I am notified on my phone when a load is done & can control it from my phone.

I love this dryer, it's smart, efficient and not very loud. However I wasn't pleased with the purchase confusion over my gas supply. I explained during the purchase that I used propane gas and the sales representative that helped me with the transaction said he understood that, but the unit that was delivered was not converted for propane. That meant it couldn't be installed (which I had paid for). The suggested wait time for it to be installed was four weeks, not really acceptable when your old dryer has been removed and you have daily washing to be dried. I had to go to a third party to get it converted and installed. I was able to get a refund for the non installation but not for the gas hose kit which didn't fit and cost $40. Love the dryer though.

Works great. Easy set up. Need to buy gas line and steam hose separately.

Overall the dryer is great. Works very well. I'm rating it an excellent, but there are two things that if improved would truly be a full excellent. First their normal setting doesn't seem to dry our clothes fully. So when we start the cycle, we have to press another button to add more time. It would be really nice if the machine would save changes as defaults. The second item is that you can download additional custom cycles for the smart app. Unfortunately it's not really custom. You can only choose cycles that LG makes available. What they should allow is for you to create your own custom cycle and download that. This would resolve my first issue.

Only had it about 6 weeks but so far it's working well. It has a large capacity and dries very well. It's nice that it can tell you when it's done so the clothes don't sit and get wrinkled.

I've had the LG Thinq for a few weeks and love the quiet wash/dry and how much clothes I can do in a load. I'm having trouble connecting them to the internet so not using at their full potential right now unfortunately. I used the help chat which was not very helpful. Either way, it works well but haven't figured out all the bells and whistles yet.

19 year old Washing machine died. It would cost to much to repair then to buy new one, so we bought a new set the larger capacity is nice to have with a big family. Both have been used everyday since it was installed and it’s very easy to use and works great.

This dryer is the style I wanted. It gets the clothes dry faster and it is very easy to clean the filter. It holds a lot of clothes and the door opens the way I have always wanted.

This’s a great Dryer, work great and quiet. Try it you will like it.

We love our LG appliances! They last long, user friendly, on top of their technology, love that it’s energy efficient, and really love the steam setting for those of us who don’t like ironing. Very easy to use and holds out most of the time excessive laundry.

Very nice dryer. The gas drys clothes quickly. Runs very quiet. Smart features are a plus.

Great Washer/Dryer Combo - especially like the dryer (as it dries very quickly compared to replaced model. Washer definitely wrings out clothes and says on dry time. My husband had to convert to LP Gas (reason for 4 Stars) - not much help from manufacturer or Best Buy with numerous phone calls. Called local repairman who was more than happy to explain what needed to be done & what needed to be purchased. Do NOT use Thin IQ Technology - so therefore, cannot comment on these specifications. Was also able to purchase at a great price - but had to wait 2 months for delivery (another reason for 4 stars).

This is a great efficient stylish dryer. It makes doing the laundry easier and the steam function cuts down on ironing. Plus you can get rebates from your energy supplier for installing this modern machine.

Love this Smart Gas Dryer, efficient, cost efficient, the Product works great, however, the process of getting it installed by Best Buy was laborious at best. Form time of purchase to install , it took nearly 3 weeks! Upon each arrival of 3 separate sets of delivery persons, the wrong exhaust was brought each time, thus delaying the use of the machines by near to 3 weeks! It also cost me personal money to the tune of a loss of a full days work! Over $400 dollars. I love the machine, but the install efficiency of Best Buy was less than Satisfactory !

Nice machine quite and runs great. Like all the features that it had. Had the first generation LG washer and dryer set great upgrade.

Works great nice and quiet would definitely recommend to others.
