This dryer replaced a front-loading Kenmore Elite that had been repaired one time too many. I selected it based on Consumer Reports reviews and ordered on-line. It is a little complicated with all the options, but the more I learn their function, the more I like it. It dries really well and there is an option for everything that I'm drying from delicates to a heavy load of jeans. I really like the steam function for sanitizing bedding and face masks. Also, I really appreciated the politeness, speed, and professionalism of the delivery team.

I like this new LG so many features and easy to use. Quite too love the sleek look and color.

Great dryer with lots of room to accommodate the amount of clothing from a large family. It is quiet and dries thoroughly.

We are very happy with the LG set. Our laundry area is very tight and the two units stack nicely within the space. The system is much quieter compared to what it replaced. The previous unit sometimes damaged certain fabrics because it had uneven heat the entire time we owned it, but this unit has been great! When it says the clothes are dry, they are ready.

Used for 2 wash weeks now, and so far it's been really good. It's quiet. I do wipe off the door and rubber liner after I'm done with the machine. I also keep the door open a bit to let it air dry to avoid smells. But so far zero issues there. The soap/softener dispenser only lets you put in a small amount of soap, so for good or bad, you won't be using as much product. I'm still not sure how I can use softener pellets though. The preset settings are good. You can make some adjustments to them, but they are not fully adjustable. You can download other settings, but you can only save one. Each download overwrites the one you had in there. I wish the screen was backlit. I have to use readers to see what I'm doing until I get more used to the settings panel. I downloaded the app to play with. It lets me know all sorts of things about my current load, and notifies me when a load is done. Overall, I'm happy with this product.

Dryer door handle not placed in the best position for ease of opening. Should be more at the top of the door. Lint gathers around the inside of the door with each load and needs to be wiped off every time. Never had this happen with any other dryer. Otherwise so far so good. Haven’t owned it long but clothes and towels coming out fluffy and dry.

Everything work good it is nice design and run quietly.

I purchased this to replace a previous LG dryer that was still working great after 10 years but Wanted a matching set. I love LG products because of the quality and history of longevity. The dryer is quite, very efficient and The steam feature is awesome!

This dryer has many features I didn’t realize I would need. I used the steam feature to remove wrinkles on curtains I had in storage. I also the the notification to my phone to let me know the cycle is done.

So far, I am happy with the dryer. I tried it with just a timed dry, and then tried with Normal, with letting the dryer determine the level of dry. Much better with letting the dryer determine when it is finished. Not always working with the WIFI connection. I have gotten both washer and dryer connected, but haven't been able to get them connected with Alexa yet, and the connection doesn't always reset itself. I wash once a week, and sometimes it connects to the WIFI and lets me know what the status of the wash is, and sometimes, it just doesn't. Overall, I am happy with the dryer.

Dryer is quiet and well balanced when in use. So far its seems to be very energy efficient. The only complaint I have is that there isn't very much flexibility when trying to use a cycle and changing the heat settings without using the download feature. I preferred the ease of my previous GE dryer as far as changing the temperature. I've had the unfortunate learning lesson of shrinking some clothes using a preset cycle setting on the dryer which made me download a custom setting. Using the downloaded cycles allows you much better precision control over these options but I feel like you should be able to manually change the heat without having to do so. Other than that I am satisfied with my purchase thus far.

Smart Dryer seems to know when the load is done. Interior is huge!!

This machine is quiet and efficient and has several wash cycles for customizing different washing instructions for various fabrics. It is easy to use and includes wifi conectivity. The delicate cycle is very easy on your clothes.

Great dryer large capacity works well never have to run multiple cycles unless we put the time in or change temperature sensors work well just a really good dryer overall

With a family and a baby on the way we were excited to start using our new washer. It looks modern and works efficiently and quietly. The sanitary and allergy cycle are great for linens and future cloth diapers.
