The dryer has been a success so far. It works well and the quick steam cycle really does a good job. The app works relatively well, but it is not without its hiccups. Nonetheless, I’d give the overall ownership experience a 9/10. I would recommend this dryer if someone asked.

I was on the fence between the LG and Samsung, and I'm glad I went for the pair of LG front loading washer/dryer combo. This is a huge improvement to what I'm accustomed to and the space inside is generous for practically any load you throw at it. Look forward to using this appliance more.

We needed a gas dryer for the home we purchased and we did quite a bit of research before we settled on this one. We are really happy with our choice - it has a lot of drying options and the capacity is great for what we needed.

Purchased this dryer about a month ago. So far everything works great and love some of the features. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is because of the video display. Its very hard to read, even in a well lighted room, should have a back lite background so it would be able to read easily.

Completely satisfied with this Dryer! Drying time was cut considerably from the old one. Like the WiFi option with an app to know when your laundry is done. That way you can be outside and get an alert.

Not only is this washer and dryer quite impressive looking, especially with the pedestals, but they can do just about any related task! We have only used them a few times so far, but they are fabulous.

This stackable unit is more than good. More features and cycles that I have yet to explore. Capacity is amazing. Larger capacity in the same amount of space as my old 18 year old stackable washer and dryer. Haven't put it on blutooth yet.

I was really excited about this for the steam function and it has proven to be great so far! I've only done a few loads so far but no complaints as of yet!

Really love this dryer. The 14-Cycle option is so useful and allows me to precisely control how my clothes are dried. So, performance is 5 stars, but there are a couple of design issues that bring the rating down. One negative that many buyers have mentioned is the almost impossible to see dark control panel. LG needs to fix this as anyone with even the slightest vision problems would be unable to see the panel, at best they would have great and frustrating difficulty in seeing the panel. I have excellent vision and I can barely see the panel in my well-lit laundry room. The other issue is that it has a fake chrome detail (it may even be plastic) around the dryer door shows fingerprints and I have concerns about how well it will hold up in the long run. All that being said, I am happy with this dryer and love the way it operates.

The installation folks were great. They arrived on time and were near and quick They explained how the product worked and what all the different cycles were for and how to use them. They explained how we could change the way the doors opened and said they would do it for us but we wanted to use it a few times before we made a decision as the machines were stacked. I only wish the service in the store was as good as the installation as I had many problems with that. I don’t think I will be purchasing from the Paramus location again because of that!

This dryer has sensors so it cuts your bill drastically. The sounds are calming too when it’s done. I would say I typically use the more dry option as microfiber items it senses it dry but they can still be a little damp.

This duo is great for side by side because it’s easy to move your clothes from one machine to the other and look aesthetically pleasing placed in this position. Works great with every load regardless of size of the load.

This seems to be a good dryer, and it certainly looks pretty in my laundry room. Maybe I’m being overly cautious with the temperature settings, but it does seem to take longer than my previous 2 dryers to completely dry my laundry. I’ve had other dryers that scorched holes in expensive clothes and linens, so I’d rather have lower heat that takes a little longer than to risk melting fabric. I’ve read that gas dryers can run hotter, so perhaps this is just a better designed dryer. I chose gas instead of electric because in my area, it will be a cost savings in the long run. Overall I like it, but I’m really glad I got it on sale because I can’t see how any features would make it worth full price.

Does everything we expected. Great price (and we shopped around). Timely installation that went without a hitch. Everything went as expected, and all of this during COVID-19. We are very happy with the purchase.

So far this dryer has been great. I originally wanted a larger unit but this has been able to handle all the loads from my toddlers clothes. Great feature set as well for the price.
