I got the washer/dryer a month prior to this at Costco. It took weeks to get it and at the end each load was taking 6-8 hours to complete. Decided to go with Bet Buy, the delivery has set up I believe 2-3 days from the order, Easy, simple delivery, kind and professional people at delivery with all the precautions. They even suggested returning something I ordered and did not need. Went to the store the same day and found out that the system takes 24-48 hours to update, si I returned and it was a breeze. Washer andDryer are working as expected. Overall good Experience

Haven't had any issues yet - it dries great, and definitely reduces wrinkles. Still figuring out all the settings.

Great dryer. Dries clothes in half the time of my old dryer and like the ability to control from app to add more time or monitor cycle.

I love my new washer and dryer. Haven't tried all the features yet but the most important washing and drying clothes work wonderfully.

Love the melody when the load is done. Haven't tried the steam yet but when my clothes are done drying they are not wrinkled. Very happy

I purchased this dryer is because it matches my washer bought 2 years ago. Nice function and it meets my expectations.

Sensor helps get clothes dry. Much better than old dryer.

Pairing it out with the proper washer (like we did) is the second best "Smart" purchased that we made. It will take everything that you'll tossed to it. It will struggle drying some bedding items, but this is not Industrial dryer and you have to understand that. Once that is connected to your network, it will provide you with accurate updates as well as control it remotely. Just like the washer, it a great quality washer that will make your life a lot easier.

Wifi connection to the app has been great so far. No need to set a timer or go check if the cycle has finished.

Gets the clothes really clean. Wife loves the melody for the end of cycles rather than the “halftime” buzzer. Black stainless looks great.

This is a great dryer, haven't used steam much, but, everything else works great

Love the features, styling and almost everything about this dryer. I connected the Wi-Fi for my new washer so it would notify me when the load was complete. I COULD NOT get the Wi-Fi to work with the dryer. After hours of trying, reading manual and looking online I eventually called LG who informed me their smart app would only work with ONE appliance at a time. Doesn’t seem so smart to me! Ignoring the Wi-Fi issue everything else is fantastic
