I buy a lot of LG washer dryers for a property group and they have been so reliable over the years. When it came time for me to purchase a new set, I went with this for my family. I have been using them for 3 weeks and am so impressed with the performance. Energy saver mode, speed dry, or steaming an expensive blazer, the performance has been outstanding. I think my dry cleaner is going to miss me.

Made the purchase after great research on Consumer Reports and other publications. After about a month of continuous and daily use, I am extremely happy. Amazing how much these things have become. The only thing that I am not happy with is the sensor dry eco mode, which seems to go continuously for ever. However, you can turn this off. With that function off, the dryer is amazing. Would not hesitate to purchase and or recommend. General Contractor and Building Inspector.

We upgraded from a 10-year-old Maytag to LG gas dryer. The first thing we noticed was that the panel is not backlit. We don’t know why. Second, the Normal cycle does not dry the clothes, but every other cycle works fine. It’s quieter than the Maytag. BUT the 10-year-old Maytag has more lights than the LG that we just bought. I should have bought the higher end model with steel drum like the Maytag, although this model works fine. I recommend the higher model. We don’t care about the Wi-Fi connection. We are trying to make it undiscoverable on the network.

It is working really well for a year. Low noise level, drying ability & good design all meet my expectations.

So far so good, runs quiet. Have not used all the features yet but it dries really well and efficient. Would recommend

This stackable dryer has been a great purchase thus far. It's quiet, efficient, easy to use. Love all the different settings and all work well.

The dryer works very well. It has a number of different modes to allow you to dry your clothes, sheets, or blankets well. I particularly like the wrinkle-out feature to periodically tumble the clothes without heat so that they cool down without wrinkling nearly so much. The wifi feature where the dryer alerts me when it is done on my phone is nice, although it was a little clunky to setup. But I like being able to check the time remaining on the drying run when I want to.

This LG dryer is very efficient and easy to operate. We’ve used the steam feature several times. It gets out even deep set wrinkles.

Easy to use all of the controls and settings. Quiet operating also. Dries all loads quickly and has large capacity.

Lg had terrible instructions for setting up washer and dryer on WiFi in SmartThinQ app using an iPhone No help whatsoever from lg. No video help either. iPhone has to be on the same 2.4ghz network washer is using to get on the network. Turn off cellular on iPhone as well. Also make sure mac filtering is not enabled or it won’t work. I had created a guest network previously on 2.4ghz so it was easy to find. My att modem has dual radios 5.0 and 2.4 and washer could not get thru enrollment so I used the guest network which isolated the 2.4ghz. I spent a month scouring the internet and lg social media to no avail. An Att tech who came to check my home WiFi to make sure it was not the problem figured it out in 10 minutes. Lg needs to fix their instructions and have videos help for iPhone users. Very frustrating. I use the app bc I cannot hear the dryer from the garage. Very convenient to be able to add time to the cycle if can’t get it. Great dryer otherwise. Lg get your act together!

This is a dream dryer. It has been so easy to use and does a great job. It automatically knows when the clothes are dry.

Works great! Relatively quiet and quick. Many different programs.

I like the Wifi notification when done, seems quite quiet when running. Lots of room for clothes.

We've been using this machine nearly every day since purchase, and so far so good. Most clothes come out completely dry after one cycle, although sometimes there is still dampness at a thick, elastic waistband. But we had that same issue with our last machine. It's really quiet for a dryer, with very little vibration in it's stacked position on top of our washing machine. And no problem reading the control panel, even in our somewhat dark garage.

We bought a new washer and dryer before COVID hit and was so glad we did. I didn't know how helpful a new washer would be. Our old one had a lot of issues, but the ease, capabilities, and size make keeping up with laundry for our family of 7 much easier. Easy to get started and many different cleaning options. Also, it is very quite and plays a little song, when the cycle is done.
