So far works great. Have had it for few months. Installation was done by Best Buy delivery. They set-up the washer and dryer on the pedestal and asked us to look over to make sure all is OK before they brought it in to install it quickly and tested that it's working.

Dryer works great and has a great capacity to dry larger loads.

This washer does a great job of handling brightening up whites and handling permanent press. The design of the door gasket is brilliant...it has holes to allow liquid to drain, preventing mold and mildew. And the app that reminds me when a cycle finishes is great!

Stacked this dryer in my condo and love it. No issues and it is quiet. I use the speed dry cycle often and has never ruined my clothes. Other cycle options are also great and clothes come out wrinkle free.

Bought this for my Parents that are in their mid to late 80's. They like it alot. They find easy to operate and say that the clothes come out very clean. Dryer is very easy to use too. Did buy the pedestals to raise the height.

This dryer works well for a family that does average was a week. The dryer is beautiful and quiet but the LG app only works with Android. The LG app is also not user friendly so it is difficult to control the unit from the phone.

I just love this dryer! It has a 25 min fast dry that is absolutely the best ever! I found myself using this most of the time, it really helps cut down laundry time. If your looking for a new dryer this is the one you should get!

The user interface is really poor. If you want your cloths to be fully dry every time, you have to manually, press turn the selector button once to put it into manual mode, press the dryness level button twice to change it from "Normal" to "Very Dry" and then press start. "Normal" is just damp, and I hate it. On our old dryer, we just set the dryness know, and never had to worry about it. Pluses - I really like being notified on my phone when the drying is done. I also like that it tells me how long it's going to take to dry. But all and all I don't recommend it and would really like LG to pay more attention to the user interface. It's otherwise a decent, though pricy model. If they every do a software upgrade I'll update this.

I can’t believe how well this washer works and how little water it uses! The steam and sanitize function is great for towels and sheets! The spin dry almost leaves your clothes dry so it takes less time to dry in the dryer.

I am so glad we choose this item, having a bad experience with our previous order, I was quite unsure of buying this brand, but after some research, we decided that this item meet our needs. we love it is fast and super quiet we just love it!

Haven't owned very long, but in time period am very satisfied. Tried steam, works great. Think be a good addition, but not 100% neccessary if you have nothing to use it on or for. Love the wifi capability. Just all in all, a great product.

Looks great and easy to use. I just noticed that it did not completely dry my clothes especially the waistband of my pants and shorts. I have to do another quick cycle to dry them. It’s sensor dry but I guess it’s sensing the other parts not the thicker ones

Bought this for a rental property but would but personally as well if you want a front loader. Works well, lots of options, looks good.

Love my new dryer I love the WiFi feature I can throw the clothes in the dryer leave somewhere and when I know am a hour or so from going home I can turn on the dryer with my phone so clothes are dry and really to fold when I get home
