    We were disappointed in the installation of the dryer and washer. We were unable to communicate with the installers since they did not speak English and we didn't speak Spanish. They neglected to turn on the gas on the dryer and didn't secure the washer drainage hose. We had to have a service visit to correct both problems causing us to be without a washer and dryer for another week.

    Our dryer stopped working at the 2 year, 2 month mark - NOT what I would anticipate from a washer/dryer unit costing around $2500 to purchase and install. Very unhappy with this model/brand - I will not be buying an LG again in the future.

    You pay extra for a steam model and it doesn't come with the hookup for steam? That seems very odd. Now I have to order more parts and since I just paid for this dryer to be installed and they didn't install the steam hookup, I'll have to do it myself...
