Not a durable dryer - broken within 2 years

Very unhappy with this model/brand - I will not be buying an LG again in the future.

First time I have experienced very poor service and response. The dryer install was poor and created blockage for dryer ventilation. Best Buy Geek Squad was Very difficult to address after Several calls and no show to appt to reconcile. I am also being advised I am subject to an additional fee to correct the install, even though I have Total Tech coverage that I renew year-over-year. I am disappointed and will second think purchases requiring delivery/install from Best Buy.
