    The appliance deserves 5 stars but I wasn't told that at installation, that if the installers didn't like the look of the water supply valves they wouldn't complete the installation, not even position my appliance before they left. After I got the valves replaced I kept getting the run around as to when the 3rd part installer would come back out. Called Best Buy store & 800 number numerous times without being able to talk to an actual person.

    This has been a great purchase. Replaced a dryer I had rebuilt twice. It dries quickly, and there are LOTS of settings from manual to all sorts of custom settings. It even has a steam refresh wish injects a mist of steam to refresh clothes. I love the online notifiers as to when it is done. The only con, is the settings/adjustment panel are on dark panels. It's not always the easiest to read.
