We finally upgraded to new LGs when our 13 y/o washer and dryer finally crapped out. Never a part replaced in those 13 years. So cheers to round two. Praying we have same good luck. So far they work splendidly and clean very well. Excited for the tub clean option and magnet on door to keep it able to air out.

Love this dryer! Alerts my phone when it's done drying, super fast drying (even my largest loads which are huge with a family of 7), lots of drying options, and I highly recommend anyone, with a large family especially, to purchase this dryer! You wont.be disappointed!

I really like all the features that came with this LG steam-capable dryer, but the basic act of drying seems like it may be just a little bit off in my case. Even when I set the dry setting to very dry, I have some slightly damp clothes after a dry cycle more often than not. Usually, it's just an item or two of thicker items like winter socks or the waistband of various types of pants/activewear. This either means I hang the items out to finish drying or do another quick cycle after pulling out the dry clothes. I'm not sure the resulting slight dampness is because I'm putting too many clothes in the dryer or if there was an issue with a moisture sensor or the installation. I'm not displeased with this LG purchase, but feel like it should have been better.

So, I did a ton of research before making this purchase and I'm glad I did. Totally exceeded our expectations. This is our first new dryer in 20 years. It's easy and straightforward to operate. We had Bestbuy install it for us and are sooo glad we did.

Great dryer plenty of settings for any needs tries very quick I have a previous LG gas riser version this one is a more advanced product. Also bought the washer has it on sale I got a great deal I would definitely recommend this two items

Reliable laundry, it performs as expected. I purchased because of a mail in rebate but I never received the rebate. I will never purchase another LG product unless the rebate is a taken off at the time of purchase.

Once I decided what washer and dryer I wanted, it was simple to get it ordered, delivered and installed quickly and efficiently. Staff at North Attleboro MA store were very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Definitely the best dryer I have owned. I also bought the matching washer and stacked them. Great combo. The smart features are nice. We have a lg tv and it will notify you when the cycle is finished,really cool feature.

I haven’t tested out the special functions like steam and turbosteam yet but so far basic drying works well. I just got the set couple weeks. I will update later if there’s any problem. I love the colors of the washer and dryer; sleek modern look.

Somethings wrong with this washer that I purchased. First, it sometimes stops and then the door doesn’t open. It takes way too long to wash even at the normal cycle (over an hour)

The gas dryer does not dry evenly on all clothes simultaneously. Some are left damp? Even on small to medium size load under normal dryer setting. The good part of this dryer is very quiet in operation

i cannot believe the difference in how the clothes feel coming out of the dryer. there seems to be no static and they feel less crunchy, if that even makes sense. I would absolutely buy this again

Need to replace our top loading washer and dryer due utility room remodel. Never can go wrong with LG washer and dryers, Have lots option options an I know it will last for a long time.

Replaced my Samsung dryer (had four years and many problems). I really love my new LG. The price was good, ordered online, and had a hassle-free delivery, even during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Had it 3 weeks, so imlossible to rate reliability, which obviously is a major, maybe the most, important factor. Easy to use. Dries well. Many options on fabrics are available. Used the steam to rid wrinkles. Great so far.
