    I had a hard time getting this dryer hooked up as the water line they gave me that taps into the washer's line was awfully short but after purchasing a bit longer of a water line, the dryer works great. Using it is easy and it's nice that it can alert my phone when it's done in case I'm on the other side of the house and don't hear it.

    Great dryer. One detail that could be improved is the plastic gas connection. On the first try installation crew stripped the thread of the plastic connection and order replacement of entire machine. What a waste. LG brand has high rating so it is puzzling why this part is not made of metal. Now that new unit is connected I am very happy.

    I have had the drier for a month. The regular setting leaves clothes slightly damp. I have to use the heavy cycle to get them totally dry. It does not have a wrinkle release cycle which was something I liked from my old Maytag. It does have a sensor for build up in the dryer vent which is helpful. We had to clean ours. The steam cycle seems to get things very wet.

    I love how much I can fit in the dryer. I am still trying to figure out how to work all the features. I am not a techie and apparently the instructions are something you pull up on an app for more detailed. So I am still trying to figure out how a lot of things work.
