After using an LG print opening gas dryer belonging to my previous landlord, I opted to purchase the LG brand for my own home. This dryer does not disappoint. It is very quiet, efficient, and with so many settings, my clothes and bedding come out looking new. There is ample size inside to accommodate comforters. Plus, it is beautiful to look at. Definitely a smart purchase and I recommend this dryer.

The washer and dryer set I purchased are good. They do a great job washing and fast drying of my clothes. However I have a few issues: 1) the doors on both the washer and dryer seem cheap plastic, they squeak very badly, even when closed if you press on them. 2) DRYER - seems like anything being dried is forced to the front of the dryer. Wish the dryer door was recessed like the washer door so it would push the clothes back because when I open the dryer the clothes almost fall out. 3) DRYER issue - lint collects pretty badly along the rubber seal on the door, quite annoying because when you open the dryer door after the cycle, lint flies everywhere and you really need to clean this rubber seal after every load. I did my homework and researched before making this purchase. I am very pleased with this dryer!

Very good dryer with many different settings to choose from. Smart washer and dryers which syncs on an app to your phone.

I'm very sorry to write a bad review, but I have to say I will never buy another major appliance from Best Buy. There was no communication between the sales person and the installer so critical information was lost. When they finally arrived after almost a weeks delay, the installer did a terrible job. They came with too long of a exhaust hose, so contrary to the installation instructions, they jammed it into place with three tight bends. When I asked if they straighten the hose by shortening it, they told me they were not allowed to cut any hoses. When I asked if they could just use the existing hose which was the correct length, the installer replied "If you want to use your hose, YOU install it." The unit itself is fine, but we haven't had it long enough to make a judgement.

The LG dryer is awesome. Easy to use, large capacity and multiple settings for better results on drying my garments. Quite operation, it signals when finished. My cloths are wrinkle free with the steam setting. The Black Steel color matches my other appliances.

The LG gas dryer has so many features for all types of clothing and is very easy to use. The steam feature is also easy to use. Quite and very quick. Large basin which allowed me to dry all of my towels in one load.

This dryer is hands down the best dryer I've ever used in my life. The steam functions are everything. It has so many settings and they actually work as intended. I love the look, and the LG Thinq app is awesome. With the pedestal the height is perfection. My clothes are perfectly dry and clean and I love it. My only regret is not buying this sooner.

This is a great dryer, fast quiet, even connects to LG's home application so I can check how long and when a load will take and finish. I love the color, but it does scratch a bit easy and does show dust and debris easily. It is hard to see the settings in a dark room, I do wish that they would redesign the control panel to incorporate better lighting. Overall a great buy I'd definitely buy this again.

Replaced my old LG dryer with this one. Lots of great features like Steam and WiFi enabled. The LED light helps with making sure nothing is left behind. Super quiet when running. Able to dry a heavy queen/king comforter! Not a fan of the Energy Saving preset on Normal, have to increase Dry Level setting every time so the clothes dry all the way.

This LG gas dryer rates 5-stars across the board for excellent overall performance for: • Very Good drying. • Very Good noise. • Automatic dryness control recognized dry loads and turned off dryer within 5 minutes. I got this to match the LG DLGX3901W washer. One little quirk about Geek Squad installation is that they won't install the steam hose for this dryer. LG includes a rubber water hose with the dryer for the steam function; however, the Geek Squad said I needed to buy a stainless steel braided hose for them to install for the steam function. Geek Squad are just delivery drivers & unlicensed installers with no special skills or training. Save the $30 upcharge and install yourself. If you have a screwdriver & a wrench, then you can install a dryer. The $30 upcharge doesn't include any parts - and new vents & new hoses are required for installation. 5-star product review. 0-star installation service review.

Purchased these to replace a Bosch washer/dryer set. I did extensive research on consumer reports as well as a few independent sites and kept coming up with the same decision...LG. Best buy was the best price and had it in stock in the color we wanted. With the previous Bosch items, we had many problems with the liquid propane conversion kit and needed service to come out multiple times. This installation team was amazing. They had the old units out and the new ones in with 45 minutes and ran a cycle with the wash to make sure all worked properly and no leaks. The washer is extremely quiet and I had to make one adjustment to the feet to eliminate the noise when it ran the spin cycle, but other than that, it's been flawless. The cycles are fast, the spin cycle is amazing and I don't have to spend as much time with the dryer. Couldn't be more happy with the LG waher/dryer and the service from BestBuy.

Easy to use, large enough for king size comforter and bed sheets, WiFi connectivity make it easy to start a load and to know when it’s done, looks good, sets drying time based on load and dampness of items.

I replaced a 20 year old dryer, so I would have loved anything, but... this thing rocks. It is huge, holds large loads and duvets, looks slick, has great pre setting options, no complaints. I even like the lilttle "load over" chime.

My previous dryer was doing the trick it was about 10 years old and still chugging along, but I decided when I got my washer I'd go all in and get the matching dryer from LG. I don't regret doing that because this really does the trick in getting my clothes dryer and quicker. Very spacious tub even compared to my last model for a 2 person family. Pedestal add on was expensive was my only con, and was pretty necessary for the convenience of not having to bend way over to load or unload clothes. Recommended!

Great dryer - very little noise when in operation, dries well, looks sleek. Only issue is that I found it hard to get it to connect via wifi through the LG ThinQ app on an iPhone X.

I replaced an older LG dryer with this model and it is everything I had hoped it would be. It does an excellent job of drying clothes and is also gentle. The app works great and sends me an alert when the cycle is finished. Its biggest improvement over the old unit I had is it is significantly better at sensing dryness when you use that mode. I stacked it with the matching washer and love them both. Also, very quiet.
