The auto dispensers for detergent and softener are a huge convenience. I chose to stack the washer and dryer. The dryer is conveniently at eye level. The washer, however, is pretty low. I generally have to get down on my knees to load it. I've been warned about letting the interior stay wet and get moldy so I leave a small towel next to the washer and dry out the tub, the obvious rubber seals, and the inner panel of the door then throw it in with the rest of the clothes in the dryer.

The concept is cool, and it has great features. The concept is great. I love the app, I use it for both my washer and dryer (I have the set). That being said, I am on my second dryer of this kind. My first dryer was replaced within the first few months because it was burning my clothes. It left marks on my clothes and ended up burning the metal piece in the back of the dryer. We got a replacement for the dryer and it is having the same issue. I cannot use the AI Dry feature because it will heat too hot. I cannot run large loads without manually putting the heat on a medium or medium-low setting. Yes this is functional, and it DOES dry my clothes, but for this price, the dryer should work flawlessly, as intended. Disappointing. Tried uploading pictures of the burnt metal piece and it won’t let me.

We had our last set of LG washer and dryer for 15 years, and are beyond happy we stayed with LG!! I highly recommend this washer and dryer for anybody looking for one. You will not regret it.
