    Our Kenmore washer and dryer was failing. It was apparent that we new ones. LG was recommended by everyone that we spoke with. The LG dryer abd washer were installed. We are very pleased with our purchase.

    Only reason why a fair rating is because the first time I used it….it didn’t work !!! Had to return it and exchange it for the same one. Still haven’t received it. Hoping it was just bad luck. Because the washer is amazing

    Tried multiple settings to dry different items and failed every cycle. Leaves clothes badly wrinkled and mixed wet and dry items. Turned heat up to high and only filled half of capacity and had still had to cycle the dryer two cycles to remotely dry the items. Either i have a defective dryer or everone’s expectations are really low.
