    Only reason why a fair rating is because the first time I used it….it didn’t work !!! Had to return it and exchange it for the same one. Still haven’t received it. Hoping it was just bad luck. Because the washer is amazing

    Works but has a bad sound I have to return it It does dry but the bagging is awful and just getting louder.

    Drying is horrible

    Tried multiple settings to dry different items and failed every cycle. Leaves clothes badly wrinkled and mixed wet and dry items. Turned heat up to high and only filled half of capacity and had still had to cycle the dryer two cycles to remotely dry the items. Either i have a defective dryer or everone’s expectations are really low.

    No support from Best Buy. Dryer doesn’t work.

    Best Buy installed and it never worked. We are now at 93 days and they won’t support.

    Bought this pair because i was told they are the best on the market. One month after recieving the dryer it quit heating. Ignitor already went out. These are anything but reliable and quality is sketchy.

    Smart machines = loss of privacy.

    The product requires that you down load the app to access all the features and cycles. LG then tracks your usage. Great machine but you lose control privacy. If just want to dry my clothes not have a machine collect data.

    Never get best buy credit card. The best buy agents dont know about the charges on card. Bankers dont know the product ordered and am stuck with wrong charges.
