It’s a little bulky, and the picture isn’t amazing. BUT, you can’t beat it for the price.

A bit disappointed with the horrible horizontal banding issue. Been using this TV almost 2 weeks now. Looks to be a defective LCD. Will arrange to get it replaced.

Ordered the TV, got it home, unboxed and mounted it on the wall. Turned it on and there are 2 vertical rows of pixels that are out right down the center of the screen. After about 10 minutes they came on. Then horrible banding on the right 1/3 if the screen going from to to bottom

I’ve bought 3 70” LG TV and all 3 have same issue!

Movies and games are unbearable. Guessing factory defect. Very disappointed.

Nice Picture and very good quality TV. The sound is great too; although, it is a little heavy that was not an issues considering a 70" screen set. I like it a lot and have no issues, as a matter of fact, I like the LG channels that comes with it, I do not need cable TV anymore. Excellent price considering the good quality of this TV.

I own 3 LG TVs at another home and decided to purchase this 70" 4K UHD TV for my basement. Easy set up and nice picture out of the box. I got mine on sale for $599 which was an amazing price for a 70" TV (even at its current price of $649 it's a good deal). Easy connections and terrific picture. Even the speakers on the TV are pretty decent though I prefer setting TVs up with surround sound. Buy this TV, you won't be disappointed!

Yep not having a backlit remote is a pain. I thought, oh no big deal except for the fact I keep hitting the back button instead of the right arrow. or hit the wrong menu button cause I can't see, The TV is so wide and wonderful so I had to buy a desktop stand mounted in the middle. Here are some features I keep seeing wrong online. Update the firmware before you do anything else. This will activate airplay you can turn off the soap opera effect you can pair a pair of bluetooth headphones The tv is discoverable and can use Airplay to project the apple app. Send Apple tv+ along with your tv shows that don't have native apps like network tv. Plex app connects to my home movie server. HDMI Device Link. turns the tv on if I turn my ps4 on Also when setting up HDMI it will auto detect devices like the switch or ps4 and change the input name. letterboxes do come out black not light grey. Surprisingly the internal speakers sound decent. So I don't need to use my speaker bar. I'll turn on my sound system for special events.

I happened to catch this TV on sale when I purchased it. At the time it was 599$ and I wanted the 75 inch but it was 799$. I'm very glad I bought this TV. Its very easy to navigate and there's no need for adding certain apps. The sound is amazing in cinema mode and I haven't changed it since day 1. Very bright colors and gets better when you're watching a movie. Definitely worth it!!!

Only had the TV for a few weeks and we are very pleased with it. Perfect size for our basement theater area. Great picture, the best apps, and best value for the money! We would recommend this tv to all our friends and family.

We couldn't be more pleased with this TV. Excellent picture quality and sound is pretty good being a flat screen TV. You cant beat the price for what you get. However, when attempting to buy a soundbar to go with the TV most of the soundbars on display were not hooked up or functioning properly. A major fail by Best Buy. Very odd that a place that specializes in electronics would be as inept on keeping their product displays in good working order so customers can properly demo the product before buying it. We ended up buying a sound bar from Video Only.

Only reason why I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because I had to return the first one I bought. I had bought this 70" LG TV on a Saturday and was overly excited to finally replace my broken 60" Sharp Aquos 1080p TV. Set it up Sunday and immediately noticed some weird lines going across the screen. I figured maybe those are there at the start up screen. Set up the TV, connected to internet and everything was easy. Put on some quick videos on YouTube and was amazed at the bright clear colors, I was super excited. But still noticed those weird lines going across the screen. And these lines would appear in semi dark scenes or gray scenes, and would be very prominent on gray scenes. Any colorful vivid scenes the picture was amazing, but once it turned dark or gray you could definitely see those lines. So I looked it up and I guess those are called banding lines. After watching several shows and movies I just couldn't take it, I had decided after 3 days I needed to return this and exchange it. So the following weekend packaged it all back up, thankfully I didnt throw anything away as far as packaging, and took it back to my local Best Buy and it was so easy, can't express how grateful I was that they exchanged it with almost no questions asked. Got a brand new one, similar make and model and year. Took it home, set it up and immediately there were no weird lines showing up at start up. FINALLY!! Besides the first one having this issue, the one I have now is amazing, picture is clear, definitely upscales 1080 and looks better. Colors are bright and clear, blacks are good. Overall very satisfied with this TV, will definitely recommend to anyone.

I wanted to get my wife a new TV for Christmas. She works hard and at the end of a long day, she likes to relax and watch the telly. So I set about finding the right one for her. I wanted to get a nice big screen, but not one that would dominate our living room. The main features I wanted were 4K and HDR, without busting the bank. I compared several brands of TVs, including Samsung, LG, Visio, Sony, among others. I couldn't beat this one. The HDR on this TV really stands out, and 4K content is absolutely gorgeous. It easily competes with some of the Samsung TVs, but at a fraction of the cost. Setup was quick and easy -- wireless and wired connectivity were both offered, and I appreciate that this TV supports connecting to 5GHz wireless! The TV comes with webOS and a number of apps pre-loaded, although my wife likes the Fire Stick and I'm partial to Apple TV. I hooked both of those up, and the TV auto-detected the HDR capabilities of the devices and adjusted accordingly. I like that I can tweak the video settings for each HDMI port independently, or choose "apply to all" if I like a particular setting to apply across the board. Even better, if the Fire Stick or Apple TV goes into sleep/power save mode, the TV turns off automatically. My only real complaint is that I would prefer a pedestal mount, so I bought one separately. The feet that come with the TV are so far apart that our entertainment center was about 3" too short. I didn't want to buy a new one, so I bought a third-party pedestal mount.

The TV was awesome beautiful picture beautiful apps on here love the price for what I got it for. But what made this pick up so terrible was the customer service that I received while waiting in the car for 2 1/2 hours before I got the TV. The wait.......... Was only worth it cause of the deal on the TV. Customer Service was trash and nobody but the Manager was nice to my brother and I upon coming to pick up this TV. I will go to any other location but this one from now on. Goodbye and good riddance to this store location. We will be visiting different locations from now on thank you
