The TV is solid. Like other reviews have stated, the original remote is clunky, so the LG magic remote is almost a necessary purchase. It doesn’t have all of the apps we would like. The most glaring omission is HBOGO. As of 16May2020, the app wasn’t available for LG TVs. The amazon prime app is also weird to work through. These are all LG app development issues. Not issues with this specific TV, and the only reason I held back a star. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would. The TV was purchased in the middle of the pandemic. Despite that delivery was quick and easy to track. Best Buy let us know when the TV was coming when we purchased, confirmed the time the day before, and made sure we were ready to receive the day of. TV was appropriately left on the front porch. Very pleased with the delivery process.

Have been looking at TVs for a while now and I always keep coming back to this TV. I looked at this and a Vizio of the same size. When I looked at them side by side the LG looked so much better. Our tv that we have had for 14+years went out, it was time for a new tv. This is a huge upgrade from our plasma tv...the size and picture quality was a whole lot better...let alone all the other features included on the tv. I would buy another one for this price if my wife would let me. I would recommend buying a wall mount too cause it makes a huge difference too.

Price was right, picture quality excellent, setup was easy. Internal speakers are ok but sound much better with a sound bar. Great product for the price.

My husband and I wanted to get a bigger television for our loving room. After doing some research and shopping around we decided on this tv. Glad we did. It looks great. Picture quality is wonderful and it sounds good. I have zero complaints. I have had it a month and so far so good. I have one other LG tv that is a 42 inch and purchased 8 years ago at the same Best Buy. That TV still works just as great as it did they day we brought it home. Love the TV so far. I would recommend this tv.

I upgraded from a LG 55" LCD 1080P from 2010 and what a difference. In my opinion, LG has always placed good quality TV's into the market for a fair/reasonable price. This 70" Class LED 4K has such an amazing picture and sound quality. Enabled with the latest connection capabilities you will not have any problem connecting your devices at all and with all the latest and greatest apps built in, all you need is your account numbers and passwords and away you go into this miracle of color depth, picture clarity and crystal clear ground shaking sound. I'm still impressed every time I turn it on and watch my favorite shows. You will not be disappointed with the purchase of this TV.

We wanted a big tv and we got it. Our previous tv was only 32" so in comparison this thing is massive. The quality is good too and it helps that we were able to get it for what I felt was a great price. Easy set up and it's running smoothly. We are big into video games too and getting all our devices plugged in and going was easy.

I recently purchased my first two LG 70UM6970PUA 70" televisions for an apartment home. The picture quality is excellent with full sound from the downward firing speakers. Additionally the WebOS IP capability provides most sought after apps including YouTube TV though no NHL.tv app which only hockey fans will miss. The form factor makes this model 3.5" deep while I'm using minimalistic fixed mounts for a sleek installation. There are few TV models available between 65" and 75" diagonal while at $750 each on sale this TV was the best value in a large screen, name brand. The only feature missed was an ATSC 3.0 tuner likely to appear in next year's models.

This tv is awesome! I've been wanting a bigger tv 60" to 70" and I couldn't pass this one up for the price! I've always owned an LG flat screen tv, and I continue to be pleased with the brand. The quality is great and definitely much lighter than I thought it was going to be which made it easy to mount on the wall.

I've had this TV now for almost a year and without a doubt it's been one of the greatest purchases that I've made. LOVE this TV, picture quality is amazing, comes with a ton of available apps, very user friendly and I haven't had any sort of issues. I highly recommend this TV you won't be disappointed

Great picture especially for 4k content. The upscaling on this Tv IS AMAZING. Has all the smart tv basics and is easy to use. Unfortunately my model came without a magic remote and my tv kept assuming i had one and kept giving me instructions on how to use it with the tv, other than that, I 100% recommend.

Vibrant colors and nice size. Easy to hang on wall.

Only had the TV one week but love it so far. Have another LG LED so knew the image would be great but had to use a sound bar with the other TV. Speakers on this TV are great. Also love the channels it picks up automatically based on your zip code with a WIFI connection. Completely happy with this purchase.

Bought this when it was on sale and glad I did. Got a great quality tv for a good price. I purchased during the pandemic and had to set up myself but the set up was a breeze, just remember this bad boy is gigantic and a little heavy so have two people when you set it up. And then enjoy! I sure am!

Easy setup, great picture, great sound. The only complaint i have is the 60Hz refresh rate, I wish it was higher, but you have to spend more money. If you are looking to use watching anything with a lot of action i would recommend spending more money for a 240Hz rate. Excellent TV for the price.

We FINALLY upgraded from our much smaller TV to this 70” in our living room. We reviewed the specs and purchased a compatible wall mount. Everything arrived timely and Geek Squad was quick to help me when I accidentally shipped the TV to my work address instead of my home. They were able to change the address right away. As for the TV, it is quite big but that’s a good thing! The picture and sound is very good quality for the money we spent. We had an issue with the screen cutting out but we soon figured out it was due to the older HDMI cable we were using, so the issue was completely unrelated to the TV itself. We switched it to a new HDMI and it works perfectly! Only mentioning this in case it helps anyone else out who may experience the same issue. I definitely recommend this TV!

We got this tv cause our last 4k was terrible, the black would wash out the whole screen. This tv however is amazing, we love it so much and wish we would have purchased this instead of the Visio. The only downfall with this tv is the remote, it doesn't work half the time. So we are currently looking for a remote to replace the one that came with it.

I purchased this TV for my new space in my son’s home. It was such a good buy for the money and the quality. Picture is crisp and colors are brilliant. And I love Best Buy’s same as cash purchase option. Thank you for making this TV possible for me to have.
