This television gets a 5 for user friendliness. 3.5 for picture quality. 5 plus for sound (onboard speakers are surprising) The internet LG channels that are built in are a pleasant surprise. Viewing angles are good enough. There aren't any blind spots. TV seems to function far better in a well lit room. In a dark room the flaws are exposed. They aren't a deal breaker, but there is some patchy discoloration in the LEDS that stick out like a sore thumb in the dark. All in all, for the money, good buy. If you're expecting to be blown away, be ready to drop another thousand.

This TV and Best Buy delivery earned it. Delivered at the time promised, no huge window. Mounting and connecting the new TV was as simple as taking down the old and replacing with new. Once up all we had to do was follow simple on screen directions and with in 5 minutes we were done. Would recommend and buy again if needed another TV.

Tv is amazing! I love sitting down to watch my favorite shows. Both me and my daughter love this high quality tv.

The picture quality is adequate. The sound is adequate. This is not a fancy high end TV, but basically a large screen budget model. It doesn't have the nice feel of a THINQ, Frame or Samsung QLED, but will work in a pinch. The smart features are a frustrating. Sometimes there is a lag in the OS, and you'll press a remote button and nothing happens. The OS on Samsung TVs is more intuitive and easier to work with. We bought this two years ago in 2020, and it's probably the last LG TV we'll ever own. It's okay. It's perfectly fine for normal viewing. And though it is the largest TV in the house, it's not the best 4K experience in the house.

Ive had this TV for almost 5 years now and i still love it the same now as i did when i first purchased it. Amazing TV!

I was looking for a simple television, with a good picture, to watch and stream movies. The remote seems overly complicated. The television has 255 hours of run time and is broken. It seems the greater technology gets the worse the televisions get.

Amazing product and brand. After 2.5 years there is now a blue line down the side of the screen. Otherwise has worked great and fits all our needs. Screen quality is excellent when watching blue ray.

What 2019 smart TV doesn't have spectrum or HBO or Espn apps, this one would be the answer. I will be returning tomorrow and going back to Samsung. It is ridicules heavy also. Really wanted to like this TV

The Wi-Fi code need to be entered Every two days. Very annoying
