Good picture bad WIFi connection

I have a very strong signal but the TV wouldn’t pick it up. Evidently this is an issue with LG so this will be the last LG tv I buy.

His knowledge was exceptional and answered all questions without hesitation. The individuals who delivered, installed and set-up our LG-70" and sound bar were courteous, also very knowledgeable and patient with and all of our questions. All of these employees / contract workers deserve a healthy Christmas Bonus and should be considered for a substantial raise. These individuals are the ones you can afford to loose. LG tries to force you to use their apps and go through their service. Otherwise, excellent purchase
