I bought this TV to replace another LG OLED TV that was purchased a few years back. It was a great set but it developed an unacceptable amount of burn-in so I Replaced it with this LG NanoCell. The overall picture quality is less and the back level is much worse but it will suffice for the time being.

We tried everything we could and it kept dropping. It was a nice tv, easy to figure out, I liked the pointer with the remote.

It’s small lettering and hard to see the TV guide (small print and in gray and white). I also wished I can get it to go brighter when I’m watching some movies, but overall it’s not bad. Not the greatest, but not bad. Meh

The only negative I can think of is I haven't gotten comfortable with navigating the menu yet. It is my first LG tv and I don't have much time for TV so that could be just me.

They were fast on point and patient with me and it led to me upgrading to a ew television which I can’t recommend enough!

Keeps switching from wired to wi-fi saying that it’s disconnected. Great clear picture and sound. To much hype and not a lot to back it up. And the LG ap stinks.
