What I saw on display in the store is not what I have experienced at home. Does not compare favorably with old large screen LG TV nor with 43" LG TV 's we have at home. I would not purchase this TV again.

You can’t add any apps that are not preloaded. Nice picture but can’t watch ESPN. Pretty much a wasted purchase for us since that is 90% of what we watch.

The apps and smoothnes and ease of getting around and being able to watch what you want is so amazing...but only 2 months after i bout this awesome tv it a has a very distinct red line coming down the top left hand corner of the screen. Wow 2 months and it is really annoying. I called best buy and they told me i would have to contact the manufacturer directly. Really? 2 months after i purchased this expensive tv i have to wait for someone to come out and inspect it. Definitely the last tome i buy a tv here.

Mediocre refresh rate

However, when watching dark-lit content, the brightness of the screen strobes wildly, unless you turn down the brightness below stock settings (which makes all images less vivid). It is not an uncommon problem with this model according to the internet. Just be aware this is a known issue.

I adjusted settings (turned off energy saver) and still not as expected. The menu and OS was supposed to be “award winning”. Not a fan of the layout and navigation. On a positive note the price was decent for similar sized TVs. I returned it and purchased another brand.
