LG sucks! Tv has issues connecting to internet. Connects for a few minutes and then looses it constantly. NOT so smart a TV. LG service is the worst I have EVER dealt with! Do NOT buy this TV. Almost a 1000 and can't stream..

The worst tv I have ever purchased in my life like why do I have to download an Lg app on my phone and have the location and microphone turned on permanently for a spare tv in a room no one goes into I’m very disappointed in all of the extra work just to download an app after being blasted with adds for literally anything I do on the tv I already spent $800 do I really need to know what Paw patrol is up to????

The TV will not stay connected to Wi-Fi or Alexa. We also have to re-log in to all the apps about every other day. The TV's picture constantly freezes when watching live tv. Customer service for LG is terrible. I wish I had the chance to return this piece of electronic garbage. LG should be ashamed of releasing such an inferior product.

i purchased a 70 inch tv in December and just arrived in naples for the first time and turned my tv on and there is a problem with the tv. there is a black strip down the middle of the tv and the top edge is bleeding different colors 6 inches down into the screen. i also purchased a protection plan from geek squad and I was just told that they can come and replace it in 5 weeks!!! how is that for great customer service???

Bought this TV and didn’t hook it up for a month after it was delivered. Tv has black lines running through it and a black spot in the middle of the screen. Best Buy just suggest I contact the manufacturer and that they can’t do anything for me. Contacted the manufacturer and I’ve been waiting for a month to have someone look at the tv. Best Buy and LG have been of no help.

Very Poor Screen Burn-in

I purchased this model during the Black Friday sale. I thought it was a good deal until I got home and noticed a very clear screen burn in w/ dim squares in a grid-like formation. It was most noticeable whenever viewing a solid color screen. I took it back and exchanged it for another one, same model & size but had the same issue. I would stay away from this model.

Bought this tv for my 10 year old son for Christmas. He loved it. He was playing on his VR and got too close to the screen. Being a Best Buy Total Tech elite member this physical damage to the tv is not covered. This is a big $800 piece of junk now. Thanks Best Buy and LG since its not even 2 full months of use.

For being touted as the best the remote control is not accurate. It always takes me to a channel of their own LG channels and today FuboTV was not picking up the advertised and screen title NFL game that was playing on my laptop all right. Wish to send it back.

I always have been an LG customer. I have to say this time around I was very disappointed. Not only did the TV turn up with line damages on the screen the quality was not as advertised. At the end of it, I had to return it and get myself an upgrade. Sony will always be my number one Brand now.
