    Web OS is awful. No MLB, Fox News, Oxygen apps. Interface slow to change apps. Remote is very poorly designed…hard to find the volume and channel buttons in the dark. Terribly disappointed. Last LG tv I will own. Wish I could return it.

    Best Buy lied to me and said I could only get the extended warranty after 15 days! I went online and got it. Its up to 60 days you can puchase the geek squad! Now I have a row of pixels on my LG TV that went out! Glad I got the warranty online!

    The worst experience for the open box item. Totally not as the description! Open box excellence condition is a joke. Missing the tv stands. No box. Tv frame scratches! It made me traveled from Queens to Brooklyn. So disappointed. End up I bought a brand new tv.

    As title said, the whole picture is soooo dark when in dark senario. And u even can not finr the option to turn off HDR to get rid of this issue

    TV screen went discolored just after a year. Best buy or LG will do nothing as a warranty. TV is very substandard.. BEWARE!!!!

    It was damaged when I got it home even though I got a uhal. The Best Buy employee told me when I picked it up I wouldn’t be able to return it so I’m stuck with a big broken tv.

    I absolutely love this tv! It's the quality of the picture and the "majic remote" for me! This was the best electronic purchase that I've made in my life so far! I actually down-sized from an 85 inch and this picture still tops that other one I had.

    Great picture and features. Remote takes a lot of getting used to, but we’re learning it. Only complaint is the operating system- it lags and isn’t as smooth as the TCL 55” our kids let us try. If the OS was better, it would be 5 stars.

    App to add apps doesn’t work. LG tech support couldn’t figure out the problem so continue to use a ROKU stick for most apps that I use. Otherwise picture, sound interfacing with my Denon home theater, Bluetooth and remote are great.
