Bought my lg about 8 months ago, sound is great and picture is okay. This tv isn't any different than a Samsung or Sony theres no real WOW factor. I'm happy I got this when it was on blackfriday special.

Mid priced TV bought on sale. Decent but not impressive picture.
I don't care for the "magic" remote and webOS so far but havent explored its full potential. Hard to see remote at night. Why dont they back light remotes anymore? This feature was common 20 years ago.

This is a "just OK" TV with a big screen. The menus are clunky and slow and the whole OS is really geared toward pushing what LG wants you to see. The streaming apps (and other apps you want to get to regularly) are the smallest things on the screen. The remote control is horrid. The floating mouse constantly on the screen is annoying and the rubber selector wheel is terrible. The remote does not light up and there are no real indications as to what each button does so changing channels, inputs, volume is usually anybody's guess.

Great Tv while it lasted. Firmware update caused the tv not work to its full capacity. Noticed burn spots on the top and bottom corners. But i did get 2 good years out of it.

Get this back in November and all of a sudden it doesn't want to connect properly to apps to stream movies, shows, etc. The wifi is connected and don't have connection issues with any other devices.

I can not find a happy median with the volume on this tv no matter what setting. The voices will be so low but once the instrumentals comes on, it gets really loud. Even in Clear Voice setting. Help before I break this new tv already.

best buy offers the worse service you can imagine
after lots of issues with the delivery i received a tv that doesn't connect to wifi.
i call best buy for a replacement and since "the order is too recent" it is not possible to program a new shipment.

Missing remote, manual, feet, and power cord!

Purchased this TV BRAND NEW in June 2022 and didn't open it until we moved into our new home yesterday, 10/30/2022.
The TV was the only thing in the box. It is missing the feet, manual, remote, and power cord.
Completely disappointed!!
