    Great TV but you need to update your box specs as this unit is about 42" High x About 70" wide. Your site stated that it was way smaller (box size)...so I didn't bring a pick up and your loader is not allowed to help load or uncrate the unit to fit in my car. I did it myself with help from another customer Thanks.

    The television has a blue line down the middle and when my husband called to complain about it he was told that he waited too long to exchange it and nothing was said about how to fix the problem. We were unaware that there was a 15 day time limit to complain/return. He didn’t hook it up right away waiting for assistance as it is a 70 inch. Consequently he is watching a new television that has a blue line down the middle. We are very disappointed

    Picture Quality is not Good. Tried multiple setting options to see if any way the Quality of the picture can be better. Price was less, so went for it. but returned the Product Sound is excellent as compared to any other TV model

    I bought this tv for my daughter and her family for Christmas. When we took it out of the box there was a crack on the top screen. We plugged it in to see if it would still work as it was a 3.5 hr round trip to take it back so we were hoping it would still work. There were lines all the way down the screen where the scratch was. When I took the tv back they took it out of the box and told me it was only a scratch. I told them either way it had lines down the screen. They tried to make me feel like it was my fault for the way I transported it; which was exactly the same way it’s was loaded by the employees from Best Buy when I bought it. I felt I was treated very poorly and left feeling very disrespected. It was my very first purchase at Best Buy and with how everything went I will do my shopping any other place than there in the future!

    For the price of this TV, its just okay. The clarity of this tv is nothing compare to the high end products like OLED. But this will do , until the price of OLED tv's will drop, perhaps in a few years. Right now those OLED tv's are price up in the thousands of dollars. Be patience this tv will do okay.

    Tv's menu is confusing and there is no manual or guide in the box. I had to call a friend who has an LG and he couldn't explain it. Overall picture is okay. It was hard to figure and set the size of the show. Im used to Sony products. I may gove it or sell it and get myself a Sony.

    We've had this t.v. just 2 months. Until this week, it has worked just fine, providing good picture and sound quality for the price point. As of this week however, the only way to power on the t.v. is if it is unplugged and re-plugged just prior to pressing the remote power button. We have more than one remote that works the set and none will work unless it is disconnected from power immediately before trying attempting to start it up. Same for the power button on the set itself, must unplug first. Past the point of store return, we will now have to deal with LG and see where that takes us. I will follow up....
