Red light is on but the tv will not turn on, unless I disconnect the power and replug it back

My tv had to be (un)plugged a few times to fix the on/off issue. It was quite creepy! If it wasn’t for that, I would’ve given this 5 stars.

Again i know it was open box, just displayed wrong.

However searching for and loading apps is far to complicated. And, this isn’t advertised, but LG does not support the ESPN+ app. I would not have bought this TV had I known that.

I have two smaller size LG TVs that top the picture quality than this 70 inch. Not sure if this one came from a bad batch. I ended up going with a Samsung 70 inch 7 series with a much better quality in picture.
