    Picture quality is bad, LG support is even worse.

    TV is bad at best. After a few days I noticed inconsistent lighting across the display, as if the LED array was brighter in some areas than others. Upon contacting LG, they pointed me to Geeksquad. Geeksquad pointed me to LG. After the whole run-around, i submitted photos and video the LG. They acknowledged the issue and that the unit needed a new LED array. LG sent out a tech who did not replace it and instead told me that what I was seeing was a “light prism effect” and that the unit was perfectly fine, he basically told me that I bought a cheap TV and I get what I pay for. Extremely disappointed. It’s clear that LG’s quality is terrible, and support is even worse. Don’t bother with this unit, or with LG at all.

    Tv will not link with espn+ with Bluetooth or air play. This product is also slow to react to every demand besides volume. Very hard to use and understand.Never buying a LG again and wish I had My receipt.

    WiFi doesn’t work on wifi 6 or higher mesh . You have to install a. Apple TV or other media servers. I assume it was my WiFi but connected to a tmobile broadband and work Perfectly

    I’ve had the tv a little over a year and it’s started to get red lines down the right side of the screen. The tv has been well taken care of, never dropped or hit.

    Was very disappointed had great pictured but completely faded after installment which left a marking on the TV for ever.

    Did not like the quality of the 4k. Was really disappointed with LG. They used to have very good TVs . Return to best buy the following week.

    I purchased this TV July 27th it is September 1 and the t.v is randomly turning off and on. Very disappointed with this product not happy at all will be calling bestbuy to hopefully replace this t v

    Major problem is LG is not compatible with HBO MAX which really annoys me because I got it free for a year, and can not download it.

    Bargain Price, Poor Quality

    I made the mistake of purchasing this because of an attractive price. Within a matter of weeks, I was plagued by recurring error messages from the WiFi module. After determining that this problem is well known and difficult to fix, I exchanged the LG for a Sony, which has, thus far, been trouble free.

    I do not like this TV.. it channle and time that would show on screen when it was not being used started to glitch withing two weeks of buying. Best Buy would not take it back.

    Absolutely hate the tv. Looked great in the store but brought it home to watch and the picture is so blurry and I can’t figure out why. I called LG support through Best Buy and after a million different call transfers, no one was available to help me with my series. Ridiculous. Plus it didn’t come with a remote so that made things even more difficult which I knew about cause it was open box but it still sucked. Hate the tv. To heavy and already mounted to bring back.

    I just bought the TV not even 30 days ago and it keep blinking in and out while I'm looking at it it just gets a black screen I'm going to return it pretty soon

    This is the second LG tv in 2 weeks that didn't work. Purchased first one from Target. After a week it would no longer open an streaming apps- Netflix, Hulu etc. Tries several resets to no avail LG service was fast contacting me, but returned to Target. Bought second one at Best Buy. The same day I brought home the same thing. Couldn't open Netflix, Hulu. Couldn't delete the apps. Must be a bad batch of tvs. Returned and bought a Samsung instead. So far so good.

    I was looking for a router booster and was told by two employees that if it wasn’t on the shelf they didn’t have it. I asked an employee to please look at the store inventory and he said it shows but it’s not on the shelf so must be an error. I looked online while in the store and it let me order it and said pick up in store so I went back to the employee and showed him. He told me o could look by wii games and I went and found it there

    Bought this T.v. less than 6 munths ago. There are lines going through my picture screen. I loved the T.V. it was great. lines under the L.G. letters when I turned it on after the first I thought that was how the screen. Saver was susposed to be. Then the lines started showing up on my movie screen 5 months later later..Well still under manufacters warnty, will post the out come..

    It was great at first. But it only lasted 2.5 months. Now my screen has color lines in it and it’s not covered by warranty
