    Poor picture and poor connection quality

    The picture quality fluctuates. During times when the picture coming in from for example YouTube TV is horrible I can pull the exact same show up on my iPhone it looks great I can push it to the TV and it looks great. Also the TV spends a lot of time with the spinning dial and again when it does I can pull it up fine on my iPhone. I would take it back but unfortunately it’s too late.

    Immediate clouding issues

    This tv had an okay picture, unfortunately it had major clouding issues which were most noticeable during dark scenes. Who knows, maybe I just got a dud, but I couldn't recommend this tv ... not even for the price. I switched over to a Vizio tv which had a much cleaner picture and an easier interface.

    LG TV Poor Quality Product. Problems

    Poor quality product. Buy at your on risk. Mine has a red line running vertically across the middle of the screen. I rarely use this TV. Didn't last long at all. Called Best Buy couldn't ever talk to a person. Had to text in. Still no help with the problem.

    Rude front door staff. Parked vehicle in parking spot for curbside pickup. Still had to go into store, stand in line for 15 minutes. Then had to move car to front entrance to wait for television to be loaded. No help putting tarp over tv with impending storm approaching. Will never shop there again. Honestly haven’t shopped Best Buy in many years, and definitely won’t again.

    I thought it was the rv but LG isn’t compatible with orbi routers. Cant use any of the tv apps

    The servicemen who came to fix the tv problem knew what they were doing and were very professional. But the two people who I talked on the phone were rude and didn’t listen to my problem. They even hung up on me.I spent about four hours on phone just to get appt. l will never step into your store again .I hope you can listen to the calls. Thx

    Do not buy. In first 6 months the screen went bad had to have it replaced. LG customer service is horrible. Took 2 month to get someone to the house. Now on the streaming apps it constantly pauses and buffers. Quality on steaming is horrible. I’ve had better picture on old box TVs.

    Stopped working

    Stopped working just shy of 7 months after installation. LG support is more or less useless. I'm currently waiting for them to respond to my repair request. They don't have any way for me to currently contact a repair tech via phone, web, chat, etc.

    Don’t waste your money. Just shy of two years and it constantly looses the internet signal and TV goes in and out. What a waste of money. Every single thing I have ever purchased from Best Buy has any longevity.

    No one told me that LG didn’t support popular apps such as ESPN app HBO Max, NHL, NFL apps found out after it was already installed. Probably my fault since I didn’t do my research but figured all smart TVs could support all apps or at least the most popular ones

    Best Buy does not stand behind their products

    Brand new TV under warranty for a year. The television hasn’t worked since day one and Best Buy will not stand behind their product. They told me to call the manufacture which I did and they came out and couldn’t fix it and left me high and dry.

    Lg tv do not last

    TV was good while it lasted however it started just not turning on I was usually able to fix it by unplugging it and re-plugging it but today it refuses to turn on at all and it’s completely dead do not buy LG TVs

    I'm returning mine because picture is blurry off and on when streaming movies I tried netflix hulu prime none of them worked but dvds and antenna tv work fine I pitty da fool that buys this crap!

    the overall deal from going 2 months with out a tv because wee had insurance on our old tv thats were we had people lying to us not organized tried to fix it with a broken tv just waisted our time the worse time finally we got a tv it sucked overall

    I have only had this tv for only 2 months and already I have a line going through it, I signed up for the insurance for it but was told today it's not showing up on the system,...also the stand that I purchased was damaged as well
