The tv was bad and bestbuy refused to change it that was too poor

There's a reason why this particular TV's on sale, absolute garbage.

I love this tv! I love the picture. The features. The tv is not hard to work at all. My tv has done great. I have complaints. I would definitely recommend this tv! I would recommend LG televisions to anyone.

I have had my tv three years now and it is still as good as new. Picture quality is great. The size is the best. My toddler has thrown things at my tv and banged toys against it and thankfully no damge. Great buy

Excellent quality, Excellent price, Excellent performance

This tv has been going strong for me for the last 3 years. No change in picture quality or signs of the product loosing its wow factor. I’d definitely give this bad boy a 5 out of 5 in durability…I have 2 toddlers and for the amount of times a toy, ball, wooden hammer have been thrown/hit/driven into this thing and it shows no signs of wear/tear/damage to the material or picture quality…it truly is amazing. The one thing I absolutely hate is the lg tv interface, I have a fire stick that we use almost solely on this device and if you turn the tv off it defaults back to the lg menu and it’s hard to navigate back to the fire stick one. A very minor flaw but still needs mentioned

This LG TV set had very good visual quality for its price. But, there are two fundamental reasons I'm rating this TV with the score of only a 3 out of 5. First, the legs are at the end of the TV and are not adjustable. Whoever came up with the idea of putting legs on the outside of these LARGE and WIDE TV sets needs to be FIRED! Most TV stands DO NOT have the width needed to properly work with a TV set that has legs on the outside. My TV stand actually "wide" enough, but the TV stand has a 45-degree angle so the TV stand gets thinner towards the outside. As a result, the TV stand is not "deep" enough at the "outside" - which is where the legs of the TV set are. TV companies need to had "adjustable legs" in multiple spots. And TV companies should also be using a "base" in the middle. That is where the support of the TV should be. Second, Best Buy repeatedly told me this TV set would be delivered. But every time the TV set was supposed to be delivered, the TV never arrived! We would call Best Buy and we would repeatedly be told, "The TV must not have been on the delivery truck." This failure with deliveries went on for an entire year! Eventually Best Buy called to say, "We must cancel this TV order, because we no longer have the TV in stock." This was even more annoying, because the TV was purchased with a 10% Birthday Coupon that saved a LOT of money! Best Buy would then NOT honor that coupon on the next TV set we tried to purchase!

Great picture, works well with my Roku stream bar. Easy to mount. Couldn’t be happier.

Excellent upscale. Turn off dynamic contrast and color on native 4k with HDR on standard picture. Great sound. The case is metal and very sturdy. Great black levels with only slight uniformity issue with absolute black. You can't find a 70 inch tv like this for the money anywhere else. Assembled in Mexico.

I got this TV on my birthday about two months ago. What amazes me is the clarity and definition of the picture- especially over antenna, Blu-ray and non Blu-ray. The price for a 70 is easily 200 bucks less than a 75, so this is a bangin' deal. Originally wanted a thinner tv, but I noticed the extra width makes a big difference in the sound quality. TV speakers are really good for casual watching. Overall, this was my favorite purchase for 2020!

Good price, good quality, easy to setup good tv for price

The picture quality is great. The sound is very good. My only complaint is webOS. It is not user friendly IMHO. Although I've only have had it a week and now realize Spectrum doesn't support it, so I have to learn how to use "cut the cable" universe. ( not easy for someone born in 1957). But the picture quality is outstanding and better than the Samsung 4k TV's I was using. ( i forgot i was using Samsung the past few years for the TW/Spectrum WiFi )

Is a very good tv great picture and sound cant go wrong with an LG

My son just got me this tv for a Christmas gift.This tv is remarkable.We mounted it on my living room wall with the Dynex full motion mount.This tv is awesome.The sound is so loud I may not use my sound bar.The different picture modes are great.I like the vivid mode the best.Great for watching football games.
