One awesome 70 inch television

So my wife and I rented a truck from menards loaded that tv and returned that. Alway believed that Samsung was the best but all my tv's are LGs. This LG 70 in. is ten times better.

Lg out did insignia. Lg is the best. Thanks best buy.you did that, with this new lg tv and it has great sound.im super pleased.

Movies, sports and gaming all do phenomenally well. The sound is perfect and there’s no need for a sound bar at all. Lots of settings to choose from. The processor is better than my previous Samsung Series 6. Not sure any smart tv processor comes close to competing with a fire stick or similar device though.

At first I was unhappy with the imaging when watching certain shows and sporting events(hockey and formula 1) however after making some picture adjustments (cinematic motion picture setting turned off) it was so much better. Do some research on how to turn this off and the picture will look less glitchy.

The only thing I’m not liking with these entry level LG’s is the OS itself. The menus and interface just seem a bit out dated and clunky compared to even a Vizio. Other than that it’s perfect. I’m more about the picture quality since I don’t use the smart tv features so I still recommend it. I also bought the 43”

Didn't come with magic remote...

Otherwise I'm very happy with my purchase and without measuring I ended up with about an inch and a half on the top of the bottom to fit perfectly above my mantle and in between my ceiling. Everybody at Best buy was amazing super helpful super friendly great customer service thank you guys!

The one thing I worry about is the brightness, and this TV does not disappoint... The Vivid setting is bright enough for my family room that has large doors and windows. The manual is useless however.. Doesn't explain how to program the remote.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For an affordable smart tv, it has several options like Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV etc etc and the resolution on it is very clear and bright, which you can adjust your brightness, the sound is also great again you can put it on whatever setting you’d like which ever set it on, it sounds clear and crisp, this tv is great!! I’ve had it for 3 months and I love it!
