I have not owned a Smart TV before but just by seeing the vids of others, the UI is sluggish comparatively. Other than that, it works great!

Here is the bad the LG APP store is very limited compared to other TV brands. To give you an example HBO MAX is not in the LG APP store so I have to use a Firestick to watch HBO MAX on this tv.

Set up was a piece of cake. Great contrast, dark scenes are very clear and the colors are vibrant.

It loses a star with me because the app selection is extremely limited. Get a 4K Roku stick and that problem is solved!
