I bought this tv for my grandson as a house warming gift! He loved it! Shows a great picture. Nice big tv and great price.

This TV is absolutely amazing, and well worth the cost. The picture is crystal clear, the apps/technology is top-notch, and the sound quality is great!

I don't write reviews unless there is something extraordinary good or bad about a product due to a neurologic issue that makes it difficult for me to type and speak, but here you have it. I have spent countless hours trying to get this tv to work and hours trying to get BB to schedule a return pick up. The issues are ridiculous and too numerous to even mention them all. I've had the TV 3 days and maybe, if I'm lucky, I was able to watch a grand total of an hours worth of viewing. Apps won't activate, Amazon error messages, and even LG's own channels won't load. The remote will not respond, FF, pause etc won't work, captions won't activate, need I go on? If you have any vision problems, you will also have problems seeing any of the menus on this tv. The size of the TV doesn't matter. I had to actually walk up and stand in front of the tv to read menus or try to see what the apps were as they load at the bottom of the screen. I regret, extremely regret, having ever bought this tv and I will NEVER buy an LG product again. I initially purchased the Hisense 75" and wanted what I thought would be an upgrade to LG. Hands down the Hisense wins. The wait time and also the hold time once I finally reached any BB reps, and the telephone issues they have where the sound cuts in and out and you miss half of what they are saying is not acceptable. Telling your story to ten different agents time after time in ONE telephone call is not acceptable. Paying hundreds of dollars for Geek Squad warranties to be told that they can't help me UNLESS I pay the EXTRA money for the upgraded whole home plan is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! It should not take three days and dozens of reps to handle this return efficiently. Finally today after three different transfers I was able to reach a young lady who quickly handled it for me. UPDATE: The rep on day three did NOT handle it for me. In fact, I actually ended up spending close to 20 hours in telephone time with BB reps until it was finally addressed, allegedly, correctly. I bought this TV in the beginning of September 2020. They cannot schedule a pick up for the return until November 3 so I'm left paying $1000 in the interim for a TV that works only when it occasionally chooses to do so. Also of note, BB also has failed to post or even acknowledge my review. I'm trying this again. I'm glad I saved the text from the first one from a few weeks ago so I could update it. I seriously doubt I will ever consider Best Buy for any further purchases. We have purchased most appliances, large and small, as well as our TVs, etc from BB for as long as I can remember - a decade or more. There are no words to say how extremely disappointed, frustrated and angry I am and will continue to be with both Best Buy and this supposedly excellent LG tv.

Heavy tv. Great picture! Only issue (super minor issue) is I can’t get it to connect to the app. But sound. Picture and OS work great!

Tv was more than I expected, great clear picture, perfect size I’m so glad I bought It.No complaints I just hope it lasts a long time.

Great TV, the picture is not as vibrant as a Samsung TV but it has great clarity. I currently have this in my living room and it works great.

Purchased online for in store pick up. Ready under an hour on super bowl Sunday. Crisp visual. Easy set up. Excellent sound. I am satisfied

I did not regret paying this 70 inches tv. The pictures and sounds quality is excellent and my family feels happy having a bug screen tv.

TV has been great so far, no issues. Was worried that the 70" would be too big, but glad that we went with the bigger size. The price was great!

We were looking for something that had multiple HDMI input and 4k capability, and man what a deal they had this day, $499 !!! Couldn't pass it up. Overall , completely satisfied with this purchase.

So far, so good! Bought the inexpensive 70” TV, and it seems to work as we had hoped. Couldn’t expect anything more for the price of this TV.

The value for the price is what interested me in this purchase. It was mounted and I receive many compliments on the television.
