This tv is a replacement for a 65 inch Sony Bravia that unfortunately met its demise thanks to a well placed toy in its center by a 3 year old. First off, let me just say that for the price, this is a pretty good deal. It was around 530 bucks thanks to a sale. Now coming from a Sony, I expected lower quality but from what I can tell, it's just as sharp in terms of picture quality. The only issue I have is that it's a bit too sophisticated. If you're an older person and you get irritated with changing technology then this may not be the tv for you. It comes with a lot of complimentary channels that are NOT part of a subscription (although that is included if you so choose to partake) and you have to spend a lot of time scrolling through in order to get through the channels you want. This wouldn't be a problem because normally tv guides break channels up into sub categories. Simple right? Wrong. You have to scroll ALL the way up to the very beginning of the lengthy list in order to get to the categories for channels to make your viewing experience easier. now if you're using this tv for apps, this may not be a deal breaker. I do have apps and use streaming for my primary viewing experience. But I am also one of those folks who enjoys his local news and sports. Sometimes it's just far easier to click on the tv and turn to the news channel. For all you youngins out there you don't understand this concept because all you know is on demand streaming. It's ok. Go google the concept. Moving on, this is not to say this is a bad tv. It's size is excellent (far less than what I paid for the Sony less than a year ago) and it has the same features and more than the sony in my opinion. Still have to do a lot of playing around with this machine since I haven't had it long but so far I'm fine with it. Beats trying to go get one during holiday stampede season.

Basic 70 inch TV, runs 4k , smart TV and easy to setup and use. I use it for my living room when guests are over or my parents visit. For my room, I have a much better quality TV, but this one gets the job done for having company over and having a good time in the living room. Was nice having friends over to watch the Superbowl on this 70 inch TV.

The price was great, the picture is excellent and it was easy to install. I was a bit intimidated when I pulled it our of the package as it seemed so much larger than my 55 inch. The delivery guys were professional. I did think that they were going to help me unpack, which wasn't part of their delivery service.

As the price of large screen tv's comes down, the quality of those tv's bears discussion. I have a 65'' inch LG OLED and this tv is definitely not that. On the other hand, it doesn't cost 3 times its asking price like the OLED does. I have found the picture quality to be quite acceptable considering it is 70 inches and as inexpensive as it is. I went with LG because of the WEBOS system of bringing up streaming sites. It is easy, quick and constantly expanding in its offerings. The settings for the tv can be adjusted easily to user preference. If one wants a good, very large screen experience for a minimum price, this LG is a great way to go. If one has lots more money to spend, and values an almost amazing picture, get an OLED.

Having owned the LG 70" Class UN7070 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV since May 7, 2021, I can confidently give it a five-star review. This TV has been a game-changer in my entertainment setup. The picture quality remains impressive, the smart features continue to be user-friendly, and after months of use, it has proven to be reliable and durable. The investment made in May has truly paid off, making every movie night and streaming session a joy. Highly recommended!

Free delivery to my apartment was great since its a heavy and big tv. For the prize, size and quality of the tv I couldn't ask for a better 4k tv. The tv has apps such as netflix, youtube and sling tv which I use often and easy to set up.

Having owned a few LG televisions in the past, I decided to come back to LG after a Sony and Samsung television. I will say that this television is more stout and heavier than my last two televisions. That being said, I feel that it is more sturdy than the Samsung I replaced. I have been happy with the picture quality. There are a lot of settings to go through but after doing some research on the internet I believe that I’ve found a great setup. I can’t speak for the sound quality since I have the sound running through a sound bar. The setup of this television was very easy. The satellite receiver, sound bar and WiFi set up were not a problem. Unboxing, placing on the stand (two person job), and the setup and clean up was less than an hour. Very pleased with this purchase.

This TV has a great picture and sound. It is large but doesn’t take up a great deal of space. It fits perfectly in the living room. It was also easy to set up. My fiancé loves to watch sports on the set. I would recommend purchasing the LG!

We purchased this television to replace a smaller 55" model that we moved to the garage for our football sessions! This one impressively fills our space with crystal clear picture and very solid sound but we also connected to a Vizio sound bar. We have truly enjoyed this upgrade for our "binge watching" evenings while the virus continues to impede our regular social outlets. We also chose to place this on a wall mount to free up the top of the long book case credenza upon which we had the earlier tv sitting. This television is light and easy to maneuver with two people.

Purchased to replace a tv that broke. Screen is huge, color is vibrant and enjoy watching different variety of movies and shows in dark room or with sunlit room. Easy to set up and use.

I love this tv currently. It’s bigger than expected I mean it is 70”. It pulls in everything in my living room perfectly. The picture is beautiful and the sound is great. It feels like you’re at the theater! But I stared having problems with this tv recently and I just bought it on aug, 16, 2020. The problem I’m recently having is the screen will go black for about 8 seconds while I’m using the tv and then go back to normal. It’ll happen maybe twice in an hour. Have to have geek squad look into it or I’ll have no choice but to return.

I never really likes LG TVs. I've always preferred Samsung TVs but not anymore. When I saw this TV I was shocked on how bright the color was and clear the picture was. I definitely think this TV has a much better and clear picture then Samsung. The TV has a much more realistic looking picture then Samsung. The colors don't look over processed and the screen looks very color accurate. I really really recommend this TV over Samsung and the TV has very good built in speakers! Definitely an awesome TV!

This TV has a really nice picture. The frame is gorgeous and it just looks really nice hung up on the wall. It is somewhat heavy so two strong people will be required to get it anchored properly. I've only had mine up and running for a week but i"m really happy with it so far. I don't get input errors like I did with my Samsung I had before - it switches seamlessly between all of its features, has a nice, fairly easy main menu - remote is not overly complicated at all. I got mine on sale for under $700 total with tax and free shipping and the first one came in mint condition - no cracks, perfectly done by Amazon. I was very pleasantly surprised. A+++

I got this a month ago when we moved into our new home, and everything is working great and as expected from LG. It's a 70 inch 4K Smart TV for $550, so it's definitely bang-for-your-buck. It is a huge upgrade from the 50 inch LG 1080P non-smart tv we had for the past 8 years. LG products last long and are very reliable, so figured I can't go wrong with this new one. I also like how it has a ton of apps so I don't have to depend on my phone or chromecast for streaming my favorite netflix or disney+ shows. I know it may not be top-of-the-line like the OLED tvs, but for $550 for a 70 inch LED Smart tv, what more do you want for the price?!

Pluses for nice picture and great sound. Minuses for only 3 HDMI input ports and a remote control system that lacks auto input sensing and integration with cable remote.

Very happy with the sound on it. Picture is magnificent. Comes with 3 HDMI which I quickly filled up and had to buy an HDMI switch so I could attach the other devices to it. For even more free TV streaming I add a FireStick and Roku. This TV replaced a Sharp 60inch that I got from BestBuy back in 2006. The 70in is about 30Lbs lighter than the 60 inch. The wife and I had no problem putting it up. I know it doesn't seem SOP for manufacturers to do this, but if they would just put the mounting screws in, it would make the consumers life soooo much easier.
