Great TV. Amazing 70" view, the whole family enjoys it!

Great size and picture but not very user friendly.

I happened to go to Best Buy during an extremely busy time. Regardless, the sales man took his time with me, was very thorough and polite and courteous. I love the TV I purchased and it was delivered exactly on the date the salesman promised.

I replaced my 2 year old samsung tv in my living room with this tv, it is so much better and reliable. the apps haven't crashed, the menus are easier to use. I'll be buying more LG tvs in the future.

Only had tv for a month. Great purchase for the price.

Great TV for the money Picture is better then expected

I like the TV, but whenever you’re setting it up, it would be easier if you could just choose EST, CST, ect... I didn’t realize it was the same time in Chicago as where I live in another state. I was googling a bunch of different cities to see which one was the same because you can only choose a city to set the time.

Easy setup, good picture and a price I could not beat.

We owned the 65" and it after 4 years it just stopped working on us. Unfortunately, we did not purchase an extended warranty. We love the LG products so didn't want to switch to something different and the price for the 70" was too good to pass up.

Really disappointed in this purchase. The remote sucks. And the selection of apps on this “smart” tv are even worse. I’m considering selling it and cutting my losses since it’s no longer returnable. Definitely the worst purchase I’ve made at BestBuy

Good communication via email and phone call the night before and day of appointment. Technician were polite and respected our home by wearing mask and shoe covers. There were prepared with tools and supplies needed to complete job.

LOVE THIS TV FOR THE PRICE!! THE GEEK SQUAD SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL!! THEY MADE SURE PLACEMENT OF TV WAS PERFECT. MADE SURE REMOTE SET RIGHT. MADE SURE HULU, NETFLIX, DISNEY ALL STREAMING WORKS!! COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!

Picture quality is good for the price...but that all that this tv has going for it. Design and durability are poor. Sound through HDMI ARC started cutting out after about a month. I have to constantly unplug and replug the tv in for it to work briefly until the next power cycle. The stands on this tv are ugly and poorly designed. They’re tall and leave a big ugly gap between the tv and the table on which it sits. And they are so close to the edges that you need a bulky long tv stand to be sure it’s safe. I had to throw those away and buy a universal VESA mounted tv stand from Amazon which worked better. I’m disappointed in this product!

Bought this tv because it was a great price for the size I have never had a LG TV after some research decided to give it a try, very easy to use compared the tv we replaced. Loved I was apple to order it and pick it up the next day. Have had it about 3 weeks now and so far so good

I love the TV but did not like the service I received to install it after 3 attempts of being delayed by someone to come out And me calling to complain I was finally contacted by Joe he came out and did a wonderful job.

picture quality is good. cast function is not available (free), Only mobile screen mirroring allowed which is not convenient as it will display all mobile phone notification. overall average feature good picture quality

I’m generally a Samsung person, but I tried LG for the first time and I love the extra options this unit provides. I can stream to the tv from any unit in my home network.

Replacement for my living room. For prefecture and have never had an issue. Easy set up

The tv was great but it was too big for my space so Best Buy who was also great, let me return it. They picked up the 70 and brought me a 50 at no extra charge.
