Less than one month after buying this, the price dropped $100, I contacted Best Buy, and they’ve continued to ignore me.

Poor voice quality sound. Background is loud and voice is difficult to hear. Tried a sound bar with minimal improvement. Picture is average. Expected a more crisp, sharp picture. I have a smaller LG and love it. Disappointed in this one.

I have always had Samsung but had heard so many good things about LG I decided to go with this deal. It wasn't worth it, even at the price. Picture quality not very good. Will never go with LG again.

Returning - dead (almost) on arrival

TV came with huge pixel streaks down the left side. Thought maybe it was loose HDMI but even with nothing plugged in, the LG menu system had the same streak down the panel. Nightmare return process via BestBuy. I'm enduring it. Hours wasted on hold, transferring and getting disconnected and starting at the beginning of the queue again. 7 minute wait = 15 minutes = 37 minutes call back. 3x needed to get return schedule.

LG TV’s are known for poor black and gray levels. I purchased two of these and returned both. I ended up purchasing a Samsung Q60 and am much happier. LG’s OLED TV’s are the best on the planet, but don’t confuse the 7300 series with the OLED line. Best Buy was GREAT in returning both TV’s. I have no complaints.

This is the worst TV i have ever bought. It constantly forgets how to read HDMI inputs and the only way to fix it is to perform a factory data reset. Try a different brand.
