We’ve owned this TV for less than a year and starting noticing these lines, which have gradually increased, just a couple of months after purchasing. No damage to the TV has occurred, it is just a malfunction with the product. I think there are better TVs of this size with similar price tags.

Picture quality looks good , however after a while we noticed the apps would glitch, and after a year and a half of just having it a green line popped out of no where. It’s so disappointing you would think as expensive as these things are they would last many years !

Order was placed over the phone with a Best Buy Rep. Paid for Total Tech to ensure the TV and subwoofer installation were done properly. Tech left a hole in my wall during installation. Repairs took two weeks, and was done poorly.
In addition, I'm not impressed by the picture quality of the TV. But I can live with it given the price. My concern is what to do with a TV of that size if I keep it and decide to upgrade at a later time.

Purchased this and it sat in storage. Never bumped anything and it was in there covered, next to nothing, still in the box. Finally took it out of storage since our house is finished being built and the screen is cracked. How???? This makes no sense. So, I have a great looking TV with a large crack and black spot in it. There’s no impact point or anything.

The operating system sucked, but the TV was good with a Google TV device. Sadly it developed a blue strip of dead pixels less than two years after purchase.

I’ve had this TV for less than 5 months and the screen already has a green line run ring down the TV. Hopefully the factory warranty can do something about this.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Unpacked the entire tv and plugged it in and the screen wouldn’t stop flickering. Would have returned it the same day but by the time I packaged it back up the store was closed.

Picture quality is amazing, sound quality is phenomenal even without a sound bar! My husband enjoys watching football and basketball on this big screen. I love watching movies and my on enjoys cocomelon and elmo. Price is great and so is the quality. Money well spent.

A great tv at a great price. Have purchased and have been very happy with Samsung tv's in the past but came across this tv at a holiday price. It was highly recommended by the Best Buy Associate and was well reviewed. Vivid colors and very bright display as well as a better than expected audio output. Layout of remote control could be improved, but not a show stopper. Many bells and whistles I have not tampered with as of yet, but pleased with the purchase so far.

This TV is great! The picture is so clear and the colors are vibrant. The interface is easy to use and is pre loaded with all of the necessary apps. It also allows you to download new apps, a feature my old TV lacked. The price is fantastic and it is a great value. Easy set up and it fit on my existing mount.
